i dont have a problem with people getting facts wrong but i get very annoyed when they get it wrong and wont admit to it even when shown they are wrong, my one friend tried to tell me the fastest rollercoaster in the world was in germany, and he was adamant and even when i showed him TTD (fastest ride at the time) he still didnt beleive me NOW THAT IS ANNOYING!! Annoying, but funny in the fact it makes them look stupid. i.e., You-"Kingda Ka is currently the fastest ride on earth." Him-"No its not. I heard there's some ride in Germany that goes faster." Or, Him-"OMFG! TTD must go 250 miles per hour! OMFG!" You-"Actually, it only goes 120..." Him-"STFU!"

My god, that was hard! Maybe we can appreciate their jobs a bit more.

Its pretty funny when said moments happen, though.

In the Leaderboards for Boom Boom Rocket, for 1812 Overdrive on Medium difficulty on Endurance Mode, I am ranked 14 WORLDWIDE... BRAGGING RIGHTS!

I might get one ONLY if I had an HDTV, and my dad really wants to get one. (the same dad who suggested putting the 360 in my room) I'm really interested in IPTV, but if I don't have an HDTV yet, I won't buy it until then.

Interesting...I found it really cool. Slightly creepy because we're not AT a barber shop, so understandibly we're gonna be scared.

I am extremely aggrivated right now at my school's secretaries... So I had this presentation on Napoleon, right? So after I left for school, my mom was going to buy a cheese danish and run to school so I could use it for the presentation. (DON'T ASK...) She told the secretary there to call my class and call me down so I could get it. It was in a brown bag with my name on it in marker so it was pretty obvious. So it turns out that I come home, thinking all went well, and my mom made the extra effort and got to work late for this... The secretary NEVER MADE AN EFFORT to call, apparently. I was REALLY mad and when I go in Monday to get it, there's a chance I'll have a hissy fit over how lame that was. They've called me down for glasses and lunch, but NOOOO...decided to be lazy asses this time.... That was pretty lame. Did I say how UBER-LAME that is? I mean, you can handle the paperwork and construction for a whole new wing, but you can't handle calling a classroom? They don't like to use the PA system, apparently.

Since Stargate SG1/Atlantis started back up again last week, I figured I should watch this week's episode.

One video on youtube that confused the step freezes with errors in programming. Idiots! They were reviewing DDR Universe for the 360(which I want BADLY!)...just wow...

Oh, he's probably a conservitive Christan. He doesn't want to admit there's an issue because then EVERYONE gets involved. Just like that old saying, "people are scared of what they don't understand(or know)". Put into perfect context here.

New Halo 2 maps came out today! *remembers I still haven't paid for them yet* Dang...

^Whoa. That sounds pretty plausible as a reason for how this could have happened. I'm sure Jack Thompson went "He played violent video games and thought he could do the same, of course!" I can really see some of this actually being true. EDIT: As for the "disturbing creative works", sometimes people create disturbing things at low points in their life. Ex. Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom was a darker movie mostly because Lucas himself had just been through a divorce, and it is kind of hard to make happy things when you're depressed. He was probably trying to get someone to talk to that wanted to know what troubled him. That could have stopped all this...just a couple minutes of venting and knowing someone knew what he was going through could be all that it takes to stop a disaster from ever starting.

My HS's winter concert CD came in today...the recording ain't the best, it occasionally "clicks" during some sections, making it sound like we messed up or something. And they said it was a "professional recording".

Jack Thompson has already jumped on this like a kid in a candy store that just opened. He could care less. All he wants is kids to become mindless machines that do the same thing every day...no games, not even those kiddie games... My condolences go to the families of those who were killed.

I FINNALY got all 500/500 orbs in Crackdown. I now officaly...have Bragging Rights.

^I could probably go around a park like that 4 or 5 times in a day. I really hate the way some stores let kids under 12 buy M rated games. Also, this annoys me: Let's take a look at the ratings for Crackdown for the 360... Okay... Blood and Gore: If by blood you mean a red vapor, and gore as in hearing a loud CRUNCH as you fall to the ground...then sure. Intense Violence: Erm...yeah...obvious. Sexual Themes: Sure, some residents of Pacific City are in skimpy clothing, and some billboards and signs are kind of inapropriate...not that you would notice anything. Strong Language: Except for the opening cutscene ("Its all gone to ****, and it ain't getting any better...") There is little noticeable language. Use of Drugs: We can cross that off. No drugs, and I mean, NO footage of drug use in this game, period. Sure, mentioning of drug trafficing, but that doesn't suffice for a "Use of Drugs" category.

Violent video games have a reverse affect on me! I get calmer, actually.

I have a friend who was SUPPOSED to have over tommorrow, but his Mom's birthday party is tommorrow...but the actual birthday was Tuesday or something. And the parents are Asian, Philipino. They keep a strict monarchy over the only child, my friend.

I broke 4000 Gamerscore on Live last night, and today I'm gonna get Seargant in Rainbow Six Vegas...happy day!

Funny, DDR Universe w/Pad is about $78...funny because the pad is gonna get more abuse than the guitar. I wanna get Boom Boom Rocket, also... Currently playing Call of Duty 2 (360) on VETERAN, first time through. I've beaten the Russian campaign and the first British mission.

I want Boom Boom Rocket, but it cost $10 on XBL and the minimum points I have to buy is 1000...which costs $12.50...grrr...
