Griffon Picture Compilation
Hercules replied to NegaDuck's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
If you bought an on-ride picture from a Wacky Worm, also post them here. Fat Acer's look hilarious in those. -
For the love? When you run a website, it should be for the hits. You need hits to keep it up.

71 is fairly young. I remember a few years ago when he was on Leno, and he wasn't looking that good even then. Sucks.

You consider $33 for this place cheap? And I believe that first pic is of the Chaos that they had the accident with a few years ago. -

2008 NBA Playoffs: What to look out for in the west
Hercules replied to Bolliger&Mabillard's topic in Random, Random, Random
I was excited for the series, but it just didn't have that great feel that I was expecting. It was a very good series, but I was just expecting something different. I'm sure it was great for the Boston andLA fans though. Congratulations to the Celtics fans. I can't wait for the draft. #1 pick baby... But Vinny Del Negro? -
I test drove a Civic Hybrid. Then I went to the Toyota dealer and tested out a Camry Hybrid and Prius. I didn't like the Camry. It will be 6 months before I even get a wiff of the Prius. I'm thinking Civic at this point.

^^^ I guess Knobels is a possibility. That is something that some friends and I have thrown around for a while. ^^ I am certain that they would not get rid of it before the end of the season if they get some offers. Then again, this is Cedar Fair. ^ I have $252 from my income tax and my $600 stimulus check coming to add on to your $50.

I will take it in my back yard. To address a few things: I guess I'm mad because it is a good ride, and I'm a Dorney guy that is just seeing the life get sucked out of the place. I know that a lot of people on other sites have bashed me along the way for holding on to the past, but it is the truth. Laser is Dorney to me. Usually, I'm totally all about a good business move, just like I am finally starting to cope with the fact that Hercules is not there anymore. It get it - if something is costing you money to run, then get rid of it. But without Laser, Thunderhawk would be the last of what I consider to be "The Big 3", and that would be sad. Plus, it was my first looping coaster back in the day. I get that there is horrible loading, but the ride has character. The ride had about a 10 train wait last Sunday when I was there, and it was the longest line that I have seen for the ride in a long time. I had been taking a lot of pics of the ride back in 2005 when I was kind of fearing its demise, and it is ironic that I thought might have to start a Laser tribute thread at some point, but I really didn't think it would be anytime soon. I'm still sticking with my prediction that the ride will be there for 2 more years. Right now, it is just hope.

I have more choice words then that...... like....... *%*# you you *$&%*#ing mother$*%*ers! This is a sad day. To think, the line last Sunday was the longest that I had seen it in 6 years. The popularity of Voodoo is really doing wonders for Laser, and now, it really is for sale. And for what? I can't see them having plans for anything worth while over there, unless they really did get that extra couple acres in that area and are looking to place a wood coaster, but I have heard that they are just looking to expand the parking lot. In either case, I will still be very bitter. I was just starting to warm up to the park, but like I said, if this goes through any time soon, I will be extremely bitter.

^ Thanks a lot! I appreciate it. I would have to say, this is my first REAL job. I haven't had a job since I was trying to get marketing experience as a telephone recruiter at a market research company back in November. It has been a long time, and that was only a $10 an hour part-time position. This is a great job and I can't believe that I was lucky enough to get it. Now all I have to do is finish my degree at some point, and my potential is that much better. To think, I got a job like this without a degree.

What is the big deal with that? PepsiCo probably has that as part of the deal as the supplier of beverages at the park. Nothing new there. -
Awesome report. I'm totally heading there soon. Larry sucks at poker.

So, I got the job that I wanted! I start Wednesday. "Territory Sales Manager". I'm in charge of the entire West coast, from Ottawa to Tuscon and everything in between.

2008 NBA Playoffs: What to look out for in the west
Hercules replied to Bolliger&Mabillard's topic in Random, Random, Random
Obviously neither team has come all this way to be the runner-up. I mean, who doesn't want to win the NBA championship. I'm really going to sit back and enjoy this series. I have a very good friend who is a Celtics fan back home. I also like Phil Jackson because I'm a Bulls fan. I'm a huge Garnett fan. Kobe amazes me every time I watch a game. Plus, it's freakin' Lakers-Celtics..... this is going to be a lot of fun. -
