  1. Still haven't seen this movie but will check it out this week. Looks great... I'll come back and post some comments soon. Well done DCody, maybe you'll be working with David Hasslehoff before you know it!
  2. Main ones are: ... Rollercoaster Tycoon 3 Call of Duty 4 Pirates of the Burning Sea http://www.burningsea.com Tabula Rasa http://www.rgtr.com The last two are great - online RPGs where you actually don't have to grind & not an orc, goblin, boar or jaunty knight in sight.
  3. I wanted a US visit this year (even just to West Coast) so this sounds like a great time to head over there... plus, I miss Tatsu
  4. Perhaps a 2009 trip could be a week in the life of the Alveys? -Trips to buy coffee -a McDonalds crawl -rodent hunting etc...
  5. Yeah, it's a tragic waste! It will cast a dark cloud over Australia for awhile to come. He would no doubt have had an extraordinary career, my thoughts go out to his loved ones. Great actor...loved his work in Brokeback Mountain, The Patriot etc. A talent snuffed out way too soon.
  6. Finally, somewhere I can go to live out the rest of my days.
  7. Wow. Those names are pretty bland. Still, doesn't this mean more credits for Jeff Johnson being they have new names?
  8. Congratulations! That will be a fun park to work at. Glad you won the job!
  9. Possibly interested in Korea side-trip. Sounds like a great itinerary. Plus... I want to go to Korea for the Kim Chi & Bulgogi!
  10. A cable TV channel here in Australia - FOX8 - is screening every episode of Idol 5 hours after it shows in the US. So for once we're seeing it at the same time as you are instead of 3-6 months afterwards (so cannot discuss it or go to the OS without finding out the outright winner). It's been two years since any channel has screened the American version here. My eyes popped out of my head when Paul introduced himself as an ACEr then went into perpetual rolling mode with all the coaster references. The two thumbs-up he gave himself was one of the most pathetic I've seen. Then he started singing. Sweet Jesus. Is it just me or is there even a higher freak to quality ratio than there used to be? That stalker guy was downright scary. Hey Robb, maybe you have another fanboy position vacant?
  11. Haha, classic video. You poor things... At least it wasn't on It's A Small World though!
  12. I simply cannot wait to try that strawberry popcorn. Will definitely bury my face in the bucket and make strange unsettling noises. You can hold me to that ... DisneySea looks amazing and I want to go to it more every time I see a photo. BRING ON SEPTEMBER, ALREADY!
  13. Cool idea... well done!! Turned out well. I have a dream that one day on beds worldwide, with their coaster enthusiast owners on them, their bodies plump with fat from excess churro consumption - one day right around the world XXXXXL ACEr shirts and XL TPR shirts will be able to join hands as sister and brother patches. I have a dream today!
  14. I'm sure Michael Jackson will manage to do something that gets the limelight off her for awhile anyway. Actually come to think of it, why the hell doesn't BRITNEY have a coaster named after her yet? We should do that though. Determine what the most screwed-up credit on the planet is and start up a campaign to have it named in her honour.
  15. Yes. Do you understand American football?
  16. Great TR and nice photos. Will be great to see some highlights on Coaster Expedition Volume 9 and looking forward to going on this year's trip more and more.
  17. Oh well maybe she can console herself by trying another wacky hairstyle...
  18. I actually wish the series had stopped after the first movie. Dead Man's Chest underwhelmed me so it lessened World's End (much as I enjoyed that one)... If they'd taken some elements out so that the second and third could be combined into a cohesive and much more concise single sequel, that would have been much better. The first movie is my favourite by far. It had adventure, thrills and was just sheer FUN.
  19. VOTING IS NOW CLOSED.
  20. Manhunt 2 for PSP. A$69.95 It's available in Australia from a store called Gametraders if anyone here wants to track it down.
  21. Happy New Year, TPR dudes! May the year ahead be filled with thrills old and new and every success.
  22. Wow. It's very hard to find working links to most scenery packs. Everyone relies on Vodhin/RCTRevalutions (their spelling not mine) but every time I try to download from those sites, I get an 'out of bandwidth' message. Is there some other site I could use? I'm particularly looking for DRP Ambience, Pumper SteelWorx & the Eletigna's sets but would be great to have the latest innovations like animated doors, tubes etc. If someone is able to upload some and provide links, that would be awesome.
  23. I wouldn't want anyone doing a dodgy vote.
  24. Sorry you missed out! ... I would have voted and got a few other people to as well.
  25. My awesome friend Kaysa is moving here from Texas in 2-3 weeks and will be sharing a house with her
