Twister... Phoenix???
What Now replied to johnhuger's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Can't compare them to Colossos, but I have been on those two. Pheonix has stand up, ejector air. While it doesn't have much else to offer, what it DOES do is very very good. It's all about the airtime. Twister is a combinatation of laterals and lots of speed and there is even some airtime. It's an AWESOME woodie. -

1. Medusa (West) 2. Medusa (East) 3. Scream! -
I had passed by this place a lot being that it's very close to Knott's. Heard it was cloeing soon, so it was time to pay a vist. A bunch of other people had the same idea, because it was fairly busy (at least busier then that place usally is). Without any further ado: Welcome to the Movieland Wax Museum. Not even David goes to this museum. "It's the Goodship...LOLLYPOP!" To Boldly Go where no wax statue has gone before. It's Indy! This is supposed to be Jack Nikelson (sp?). Wait! He's not an actor (although he can be pretty entertaining at times)

^ Really? I didn't expeirence that. The employees there weren't the most cheerful, but I didn't encounter anybody that rude. Patrons=guests The worst patrons I've encoutered were at PLK. The park was invaded by school groups and even the chaprones cut line. Also, Knott's and SFMM's crowds can be pretty bad on certain days. The best I've encounted were at Lagoon. Everybody seemed to be well behaved and pretty frendly (then agian you encounter that anywere in Utah).

Had Bass Ale at a Pub in Woodland Hills, CA. I think it's my favorite Ale so far.

At a campground in Oklahoma: A bunch of my family and I were sleeping in a cabin. I couldn't sleep, I look over to see the cabin door opening and closing seemingly by itself.
