So, how do you nonchalantly go looking around a bench in the middle of a crowded amusement park, searching for something that may or may not be there, without even knowing what in the hell you are looking for?? GP are gonna think there is something wrong with you LMAO!!!!! I think it is pretty cool how they are playing this out. They would have to be watching this forum in order for them to pull off something like this. That is the only way I can figure they would know enough to put the pics with dates and be sure someone is even crazy enough to show up and do it. It could be possible that the guys with lab coats might be there with some interesting info.........

Coasterwise would be Hurler - either version sucked so bad. Flat - cross between looping starships(Berserker) and top spins. I am not too fond of those slam you in all body parts restraints.

Holy crap, it is just a name that was registered. Doesn't even mean it is for the coaster. After all the name should not change the perception of the ride itself! I really couldn't give 2 shits about a ride name as long as it delivers!!!! And from everything that has been going on with this "game" and seeing "large" support type pieces which eventually lead up pretty high to smaller pieces, I am sure this thing is gonna deliver! For all that matters they could just name it Roller Coaster and be done with it...... Or, they could have a contest like they did with Storm Runner and let a vote decide the final name, that would be cool!!

Not to sound too rude, but that car looks like it is worth more than the property it is sitting on. I would so love to have a coaster car in my backyard!!!!

A nice woodie along the beach would make a nice addition. And it could turn that whole side of the park with DT and WT into a ....OMG I can't believe to say this....."themed" boardwalk type area. They already have the games, food court, and rides, it would be an easy directional change for the park.

I really don't see BG as being a "day trip" after driving all that way. That place has an immense layout that is up and down and quite the bit of walking. Kings Dominion is awesome if you've never been, and Carowinds is really nice, but again a lot on your body just because of the tremendous drive to get there.

20/20 I guessed a few and actually got them right. For the most part it was pretty easy if you have ever read any of the older history type books.

In order to get a good dive machine they would have to go over 300 feet with the lift. It is not like they can tunnel under the ground. Going that high would probably throw the cost into astronomical proportions if they were to make it longer and do more inversions or other stuff. According to RCDB Griffon is 205' at 15.6 million. I just don't see that happening........

Just for the record, I took someone who had NEVER been on a roller coaster to Cedar Point last Tuesday. I took him on Mean Streak and he really enjoyed it; just saying. Yeah, the first time I took my wife there, this was one of her favorites. She is not a geek like the rest of us, more like the gp. She doesn't get the whole boringness, roughness of rides, she likes them for what they are. It is fun to hate on some rides as we know what is more extreme/intense than say the gp, and Mean Streak is a very good ride for those people. I guess we have to take the good with the bad and learn to live in harmony. Well, enough for my philosophical rants today.......looking forward to what is in store in the future.

I don't know if I brought this to attention yet, but this date is also the date for the NASCAR race up at Pocono. This could very well eliminate alot of the crowd from the park!!!

Would it be necessarily profitable to have 2 kinds of the same "attraction" operating in the same state? I would think CP would be smart enough to want to make something totally different in order to draw the people that have already been to KI to see theirs. I myself would not be interested in seeing the same thing if it were available in another park that close by.....

Can I ask why there are bumper cars on the electric car ride?

Not necessarily weak, it starts to haul ass and just when you drop into the darkness of the Volcano........WTF brakes!!!! They could have done so much more with that ride kinda like this one.... http://www.rcdb.com/1076.htm
