  1. ^ Thats cool. We acutally didn't make it to Epcot till about 7. And that was the second time we were there. On our way there for the first time, Chris couldn't find her Key to the World card, so we headed back to our room. We tore the room apart looking for it. No wonder we couldn't find it, it was in her little backpack that she had with her. And I had kept asking before we left if she had it and she kept saying yes. So that came a running joke for the week, and everytime I asked her if she had it, I made her show me. ^^ Yes Jelly and Wembly became good friends on the 5 hour drive back from Cincinnati. We introduced them both to Pumba when we got home. And Jelly is a big KISS fan. Jelly and his idol. The 3 Amigos
  2. ^Your Welcome. You can only make so many photo trip reports about DW, so I thought this one would be different. It actually made our vacation more fun. Being that my wife and I have been there before, we were looking for what we called "Jelly moments". It was kind of like a scavenger hunt for props and photo ops to but Jelly into. It was funny to see the reactions we were getting while taking the pictures and to hear the "stories" that my wife would make up to tell people why we were taking these pictures. Everything from "its her grandsons toy", to "we are vacations dorks".
  3. A little back story first. On the first day of the TPR Midwest trip, we were given travel pillows. Well someone (not going to name names) swiped my wife’s pillow. So she started to use this stuffed "jellyfish" that we won at Holiday World with our skeeball tickets. So everyday Jellyfish was packed to take on the bus to be used as a pillow. Being that he was with us everyday on that trip, we saw it only fitting that he go with us on our Disney vacation, but this time, actually being able to go into the parks to see what he had missed out on. So our story begins. Saturday April 26th. We headed down to St. Louis to spend the night since our flight left at 7:55 in the morning. It was bad enough getting up at 5:00 AM while on vacation, didn't want to have to drive an hour and half to get to the airport on top of that. Sunday April 27th. When we got to Florida we boarded the Disney Magical Express bus and we were on our way to Animal Kingdom Lodge. Our room wasn’t ready when we got there so we just hung out until our room was ready, then hit Epcot up later. Now on to the photos. It had been a long day so we headed back to the lodge before the fireworks. We'll get them another day. Afterwards, Jelly was picking up on some Mission Space girls. Actually they were doing the picking up. Off to Mission Space. Heck yeah we want the "more intense" version! Jelly was nervous seeing the bin of used dummy parts at Test Track. Donald looks different in person. After some looking, we found our picture from 3 years ago. Move over King Kong, its all about Jellyfish! We are off to Epcot. Well not yet, waitin for the bus. Too many jokes could be said, so insert your own here. The view from our room. Just in case you forgot that you were at Disney. After walking around, we decided to just chill in the lobby While waiting, we walked around the lodge and looked for animals. Entry to the lobby. Being more comfortable with busses, Jelly made friends with the driver. ...Jelly made sure we were in the right spot to unload. As we pulled up to the lodge... Flyin' south for the week. Jelly was nervous being this is his first flight. And here it is getting pulled into the gate. Bright and early at the gate, waiting for our plane to show up. It was going to be an early morning so Jelly headed to bed pretty quick. Our hotel right across from the airport.
  4. Hey Tomi, how could you forget the name of the drop tower? It's called "Giant Drop". Real creative, huh?
  5. I still laugh every time I see that video of you. You looked like a chicken trying to fly.
  6. Ask and you shall receive. Flipdude Screaming01.wmv SCAD Tower
  7. Actually that was me that has that video. (unless Terrance got it too.)
  8. It was a good thing we had enough people to get a group rate so it would be cheaper. But for what it was, even at the group rate, I still think it was overpriced.
  9. I was just wondering if the perks in the mini trip were the same as the big trips (t-shirts, dvds, etc.) Oops... I'm sorry... I miss read your first post. I thought it said "what PARKS" not perks.
  10. The answer to your question is at the top of the first post on page ONE.
  11. Here's a picture of the map sign that we took. Hope it helps. I scaled it down to fit here. If you want the full size, I could e-mail it to ya. Indiana Beach Sign
  12. I know I would be interested except my vacation days are already taken up for next year. One week with the East Coast Trip and another with a Disney Cruise. I'll keep it in mind for 09.
  13. I never really paid attention, but since you guys started doing the group trips, has the number of people joining gone up faster than it did before? I know while we were walking around the parks with our TPR shirts and badges, we would get asked about the trip and what it was about. We would always tell them to check out the site.
  14. Thats why we just kept calling you Matt Damon. Made things a lot less confusing.
  15. I totally agree! The trip has been over for about 3 months now and the things I keep remembering all revolves around the people. From you tackling Shawn and getting a huge applause to... well... everything that Drew did. lol Can't wait till East Coast!
  16. You can use it as many times as time will allow you. When we went to Raging Bull, right after we were ok'd by the Q-Bot op, I qued up Bull again. It said that our time to ride was even before we got on the first time. So after we rode, we just walked around and went right back up to ride again. I'm sure that was probably getting some people mad that were standing in line. It was probably a good hour and a half wait, and we rode it twice within 20 min.
  17. ^At least you can say that. If our AC wasn't on so high that it was freezing us to death, then we had to deal with the stench of the toilet. We all decided to freeze.
  18. Part 3. And with this, saying goodbye for yet another season. It will be a long winter without any coasters. I SAID GIVE ME YOUR CANDY!! Its Floppie the Banjo Playing Clown. (Blue Man Group reference) "Trolls, I hate trolls" Evil TinkerBell? I bet Gene Simmons is his idol. Some random themeing.
