  1. Yes you can smoke the banana peels. Remember the lyrics "They call it mellow yellow" from the 60's. That is what they were singing about. Banana peels can be a hallucinagenic. I don't reccomend it .
  2. Amen! When CF bought Paramount Parks, I kinda figured there would be some canibalization involving GL. X-Flight and Dominator where the train ride is at PKI(Rivertown) would kick serious booty!
  3. This is an easy one: 1. Bonfante Gardens atmosphere. 2. Kickass GCI coaster. 3 Epcotesque food experiences. 4. 1 day of ERT fro TPR members. 5.Free unlimited Coke Products, and Free Beer for those over 21. C'mon Powerball!
  4. I just pulled into my driveway with the Goose Island Pub Pack. Good weekend on tap (no pun). Currently having an IPA. Very hoppy. Life is good. Happy Thanksgiving TPR beer thread!
  5. Michigan only lost by 3. In Columbus to boot. Who knows what s going to happen. Ohio State still rocks on the Grid. I think Smith will make the difference when the chips are down. Look at how he came back after the interception in the beginning of the 3rd quarter. Poise!
  6. You can edit it yourself. It's a Wiki!
  7. ....and you can show your family how great you are by braving the odds of getting beat up or shot.
  8. Not as bad as Ohio though.
  9. I would avoid Vista. Stick with XP for now.
  10. This is already covered here http://www.themeparkreview.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=30805
  11. That is a beautiful way to accesorize a kitchen! The fridge is nice too. As for me it was another GI Nut Brown on Sat night. Good stuff! Great Beer TR DerekRX. Forget the Midwest Coaster Trip, have you considered a PA Brew Pub Tour for TPR Forum members? All those places look great. Nice.
  12. DerekRX - Looks like you have a pretty cool grandma. Did she by chance ever loan you her car without your parents knowing? Mine did.
  13. Been looking forward to this all day. This is the first Goose Island Nut Brown Ale I have ever tried. All in all, not too shabby. The bit of chocolate at first was great. For toniights drinking pleasure, Goose Island Nut Brown. Clybourn Avenue's finest. Mmmm Here's a surprise. A well trained wife had a chilled glass at the ready. Thanks Wife School. Nice! Waiting for consumption!
  14. ^^Does that have to be registered as a deadly weapon? WOW!!
  15. It's a John Allen built in the 60's. It's a good ride. Decent memories from my Freshman year of college, and when I visit family.
  16. You mean Broken Arrow I hope. Broken Bow is almost in Texas. I wouldn't be suprised if Jenks hasn't set aside some land for this contingency. With exception of what to do with the Zingo, I think Jenks would be a wise move. Location (right off Creek Tpk) would be great!
  17. ^ This was made by The Bombay Brewing Company. As for tonight it's Goose Island Not Brown Ale. 5 hours till quittin' time! ^^ Are you from out that way. I remember you mentioning Barnaby's for thin crust pizza. I always went to the one on Touhy Ave in Des Plaines.
  18. Wasn't it rumored that they were thinking of looking at BA as a possibility for a location? Since Zingo is a John Allen coaster (read-possible landmark) on flat ground, the Bells should get Jenks to foot the bill to re-erect it by the Aquarium. Just my $.02. Or, make it part of Vision 2025 or what ever it's called.
  19. ^ Leinenkugel's! That is a trip in the Way Back machine for me. I used to drink those at a place called The Log Cabin. It was on Potter Rd outside of Park Ridge, Il. The place is pretty cool. They now serve a lot of Polish beers. I definately try to get there with my buddies when I visit Chicagoland. I almost got a 6 of Honey Weiss today. Instead, I went with Goose Island Nut Brown for the weekend. As for tonight, I tried a real wierd beer from India. It's called Maharajah. Tasted like Singha from Thailand, but a bit hoppier. Unfortunately, it was a little under carbonated. Also, a very alcohlic taste. It wasn't as heavy as you would experience with a Singha though. All in all it was not bad since it was a gift from the wife. A little flat, but decent taste. The bottle with the Maharajah on the label.
  20. 80's porn? What thread is that? No, I don't want to go to that thread. As for CG, I don' t want to see it tank. They unfortunately have been boxed out by the big ops. As far as alot of the tourist USA is concerned, Fla ends at I-4, and starts up again at Palm Beach. Also, going down US 27 is a pain, and I wouldn't want to drive that for a few small rides.
  21. "A Bugsville Adventure? Hmmm sounds kinda like a certain show I saw at another park. What could that be? Maybe they'll have a promotion like "A Day of One Thousand Dreams".
  22. ^ Oops, I thought this was the abandoned Japanese amusement park thread.
  23. This? Just kidding of course. That artist does nice work.
  24. This is what I was thinking of. Here is my idea.
