The park looks great! I think it could use some more plants and trees and such, but thats just my opinion! Ohhh and I love how in a few of the pictures it says "_____ has just broken down" it makes it that much more like Six Flags!! EDIT: After going back and looking at the photos, I would say you have a good amount of plants, and such! Just keep up the good work on the park! ~Matthew

I am pretty sure there are no towers with 5 seats on each side. I just wanted to add it to make it a little different! and Yes the blueprints are 1:1 with the model. The blueprints are in the process of being copied over to the OSB that is going to be the base for this project, the base of the project will be as big as you see it now! 16"X22"~Matthew

The Slingshot rides in Florida are located in Kissimmee, Orlando, Daytona Beach, and Panama City. Not sure if you are close to any of those. The "major" skycoaster is in Kissimmee. Hope this helps... ~Matthew

I for the most part will not get to super detailed on the inside of the towers. Since this is my first model I am more focused on how it looks, and how it turns out rather than focusing so much on detail... I will do a lot in the towers, but it won't be very perfect! ~Matthew

I wasnt going to do Power Tower at first, but I thought since it was my first it might be a little more easy than Dragster!! The base of the the project is 16" X 22" and I am using a mixture of wood, and toothpicks!! It should turn out great! ~Matthew

Alright, so I have been planning on making a static model for some time now. I have been buying materials, working on blue prints, and trying to decide what ride to start with. My first instinct was to start of with a static Top Thrill Dragster, because I have such a great passion for Dragster, and I know it like the back of my hand. But with this being my first model I am starting off with something simple. I decided to go with a modified version of Power Tower from Cedar Point. My version is going to have a lot of similarities with the real ride, but will have different que lines, and scenery and such! Again this is my first of many to come, so check back often for updates! To start you guys off here is all the info on Power Tower! Power Tower Stats - 16" by 22" footprint. - Will stand about 3ft in height. - Consists of 4 towers. - 2 Red "shot" style towers. - 2 Blue "drop" style towers. - 20 Riders per tower. Scenery - 3 ponds. - 17+ trees. - 1 fountain. - Working lights. Extras - Locker Area. - Lockers. - Entrance Plaza. - Que line. - Turnstiles. - Exit line's. - Operator booth, Alright so that is a list of most of the things going into my Power Tower project, as well as some stats for you. Like I said I have been working on this for a while, but all I really have right now are the "blue prints." I am going to go ahead and post the blue prints and you guys tell me what you think! For Christmas this year I didn't get to much, but I am ok with that!! I got a bunch of clothes, a lot of money, a lot of candy, and Saw 5 on DVD. Yeah, I am kind of behind, but now I own them all, well except the 6th one that comes out next month! Ohhh, and I booked our hotel for Orlando! Yay for Christmas! ~Matthew

Well my model is coming along very slowly. I am trying to make sure everything is going to be perfect. Right now I am in the process of drawing blue prints, and buying the materials. It's a lot more work than I thought, but it will be great in the end! I am excited to start posting when I have enough information, and photos to post! Back on topic... I find watching Top Thrill Dragster to be very relaxing!! I love to just sit in the grand stands and watch as the trains fly by, then up and over the tower! It just amazes me! I love the roar of Hulk too!! ~Matthew

Lights... Lights... LIGHTS!! So many lights. I can not imagine how much the electric bill is! Anywho... Great photos! I wish Thunderhead would have been all lit up though. ~Matthew

I am soo tired of waiting. I want NL2 to come out like right now. I know it is going to be an amazing game. I can not wait for all the new technology to be put into this game so we can make more realistic coasters! Woot! Ohhh and I can not wait for the transfer tracks... That is prob what I am most excited for!! ~Matthew

So I was thinking back to some annoying things that happened at Cedar Point this year, and here they are. 1.) When you are at Cedar Point do NOT eat sunflower seeds, and spit them all over the ground. RAWR. That annoys the pi$$ out of me. 2.) When you are in line for Top Thrill Dragster do not say stupid things like "OMG Did you hear about how this coasters brakes failed and it crashed and killed like 30 people?" Ugh... I hate stupid people. 3.) I hate when people are all freaking out... "OMG I CANT DO IT... ITS TO BIG.. IM GOING TO DIE." all that nonsense drives me insane. I prefer when I am waiting in line not to have to hear everyone around me and their "stupid talk" I guess thats why I get annoyed when I go to parks now. ~Matthew

I am typically a silent rider. I dont scream, or yell, or Whoop. Sometimes if I am riding with friends I will laugh at their reactions when we are on the final brake run, but other than that I am quiet, and I just take in all the sounds, and all the stuff flying by! ~Matthew

Let's see... Some coasters that I was excited to ride but they were huge let downs, and highly over rated... Raptor - It was super rough, and just not as I had expected. It would be no where near a top 50 coaster for me. Nitro - Don't even get me started on this coaster... I must have rode it on bad days or something, because it pretty much did nothing for me. Again, it would belong no where near a top 50 coaster for me. Maverick - Maverick on certain days can just be a complete let down. Don't get me wrong it is a good coaster but IMO over rated. Kingda Ka - 8 hour wait for a rough ride... No thanks. MF - Everyone is always raving about how great of a coaster MF is... and I just don't get why. Sure the first drop is good, but thats about all. Again... No where near top 50 for me. I could keep going, and going with this... But I am going to stop here for now. Maybe I will post some more of my most over rated disappointing coasters again some day! ~Matthew
