Photo TR: Hanno checks out Italy and Europe with TPR

I really enjoyed the park. GeForce was awesome. Looking back on it I kinda enjoyed us waiting around waiting to see if it was going to run for ert. Every time the catch car moved an inch 50 crazed tpr cats started cheering in the rain. It was fun. Thank god Robb told us to ride it early. Great tip. The reversible log flume was killer too. (for me el toro is still #1 but that could have been because of the incredible ert session we had)

Holiday Park looks MUCH better now. I'm very impressed

And I'm glad GeForce is running without the breaks. I can't wait to ride it again.

I really loved this park! The whole day was awesome, especially the end of the day with beer and ice cream and songs playing over and over again!

How busy was it actually? How long did you have to wait for EGF?

it was about 20 minutes when we first got there. Some of us crafty people got 2 rides in a row by hopping back on the empty seats while the rest of us obeyed protocol by calmly exiting the ride (cough cough wink wink Talone) the longest line I waited in was for the flume and that was about 25 min. We all waited about 2 hrs. after the park closed to see if they could get the catch car down from the top of the lift. Alas they could not.

I do want to publicly commend the staff of this park. They really worked hard to have us get in another ride in for ERT, and while they waited, they gave us Ice Cream and Beer (they knew the best way to TPR's heart!). They were all so friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed this park. It was a great day!

I wholeheartedly agree neil. The park staff was as cool and gracious as any could be. They were so apologetic with a situation we all knew was out of their control. Opening up the food stall so that we could get more beer and free ice cream was awesome. I keep saying that it's non scheduled things that happen during a tpr trip that I look back on and enjoy the most.

Awesome pictures of the park! I had a great time there; I like how hidden the park is in the forest, it has nice theming in the new family area, and the rides are top notch. Oh yeah, and Expedition GeForce is now my new favorite coaster!

mmmmm...GeForce, worth the price of the flight just to ride again.

So yeah, Europapark is one of my favorite parks in the world. I just love spending time there and during every single visit i see new things.

This time the weather started not really perfect.. but during the day the clouds cleared out and blue skies was al we got to look at

Blue skies are awesome, especially when doing backstage tours.

Perfect weather is always welcome when you get to see some unique angles in a park (and unique coaster angles )

I really wish I could explain to everyone how amazing this park is. Easily beats out any other park and I could have stayed here the entire part of the Europe and been completely happy!

 

Seriously, everywhere you turn, the theme is amazing! It was all just so awesome. Great photos Hanno! I miss this place so much!

After a few more hours at Europa Park the next day we got to drive to Fort Fun.

As i had been to the park already (a while back) i was looking forward to hearing from everybody what their opinion was of the park and see what had changed.

 

The park had not changed much, some new things.. not that much removed/changed and all in all a fun couple of hours at this park.

 

Dinner/BBQ at the end of the day was an awesome way to end the day.
