Luxo Posted January 29, 2006 Posted January 29, 2006 Being only thirteen, the only use of a newspaper is to provide me with my sunday morning's comics. My favorites are Pearls Before Swine: And Calvin and Hobbes:
Luxo Posted January 29, 2006 Author Posted January 29, 2006 My paper doesn't have Fox Trot or Get Fuzzy
MattJackson Posted January 29, 2006 Posted January 29, 2006 I have to say, Calvin and Hobbes, Foxtrot, and I love Garfield!!
DeadDestroyer Posted January 29, 2006 Posted January 29, 2006 http://www.penny-arcade.com Funny comic but you do need to know a bit about video games to get the jokes.
Guest Posted January 29, 2006 Posted January 29, 2006 Calvin and Hobbes, Garfield, Peanuts, and Family Circus
DejaVu4Life Posted January 30, 2006 Posted January 30, 2006 I really like Garfield, and I get the daily comic in my email.
GeorgiaDawg278 Posted January 30, 2006 Posted January 30, 2006 for the most part i like Garfield. I like Pearls Before Swine a lot too.
PhishyBrewer Posted January 30, 2006 Posted January 30, 2006 Ever heard of "Get Fuzzy" ? HELL YEAH NINJA!!! Get Fuzzy has really filled the void of Calvin and Hobbes not being there anymore.
Tömmioh Posted January 30, 2006 Posted January 30, 2006 Gary Larson's "The Far Side" comics are my favourites. I do also like: Get Fuzzy, Pearls Before Swine, Dilbert, Garfield and Calvin and Hobbes, a lot.
rollermonkey Posted January 30, 2006 Posted January 30, 2006 I pay money to have Get Fuzzy e-mailed to me every day. (I get others as part of the deal, but I'd do it just for Satch and Bucky!)
ebl Posted January 31, 2006 Posted January 31, 2006 ^ You should be able to get almost any comic for free by going to certain websites. My paper dropped Funky Winkerbean, so I go here and look at it for free every day. Do a Google search. That's how I found this one. One of my favorites is Zits. And, of course, Calvin and Hobbes. Eric
ebl Posted January 31, 2006 Posted January 31, 2006 ^ To be honest, I've been writing my own for over 30 years. I'm glad to see that others do also. Some people think I should publish them, but I think I'd rather get a copyright and put them on my own website---when I get one! Eric
dragoncoaster1292 Posted January 31, 2006 Posted January 31, 2006 Fox-Trot owns over all! I totally agree! Foxtrot RULES!!!!!!!!
lapseofreason Posted February 1, 2006 Posted February 1, 2006 Get Fuzzy and FoxTrot both kick total butt. Oh, and I love Calvin and Hobbes. -amanda
