Six Flags Over Texas (SFOT) Discussion Thread

BOTH signs are installed!

Yep! That's what I would call two signs alright! Looks like SFOT decided to spend mega bucks on our Joker! I can't help but wonder if SFGAm and SFNE will have two signs on theirs as well. If not, then SFOT can boast that it has the only S&S 4D Freespin with two signs!!!

Our long national nightmare is finally over.

What do you mean?

It means you are continuing to write posts that make us believe you are filled with and covered in stupid sauce.

I already stopped doing that. Look at what sports360 said, it does not mean that, he is talking about whether it was one sign or two signs for the joker.

And... the nightmare continues. . .

Nope I was just being curious cause I didn't know what he meant by that but now I do know what he means. So I won't ask the same question again. So the nightmare stops here. It was first time hearing a person that so that is why I asked. Nightmare has stopped. Lol.

Anyway. I'm glad SFOT is getting a 4D Free Spin!! And I can't wait to give it a spin when I'm at the park this summer. . . But now I can't stop wondering what their next major coaster will be. . . I'm hoping for a B&M Flyer, something on the Tatsu scale. . . But it just doesn't seem pratical.

Oh well, only time will tell!!

Me either. There is a rumor about getting a b&m flyer and wing coaster in the future.

SF isn't really building major large scale coasters anymore. I suppose they might decide to build a B&M Dive Machine at SFMM to counter the one at CP. But really, other than that, I can't see anything in the way of a large scale coaster being built anytime soon.

They might start building those coasters again you never know.

Six Flags will eventually start building major, large scale coasters again. . . I mean, sooner or later they are going to run out of flat rides to install.

I agree with you. Lol.

I know it's not how business works, but it'd be interesting if the individual parks had savings accounts. If SFOT could've saved the money allotted to them from the past 3 seasons, they'd have enough for a pretty decent sized B&M, Intamin, or Mack.

But anyhoo, SF eventually will have to install some bigger projects especially in the marquee parks, which built reputations for bigger, better, badder attractions (SFMM, SFGradv, and SFGAM).

Very true. I like the rides they have added each of the years including this year.
