Coaster Palooza Posted October 5, 2005 Posted October 5, 2005 LMFAO! Soren, that is too funny and cool in the same way. We have the same bottle opener. It works so much better than a corkscrew. Too many broken corks in our house.
Nrthwnd Posted October 5, 2005 Posted October 5, 2005 What?!! I thought you sucked on the cork to taste the wine! Not (ech) smell it. As always Soren - a TR with Thought, Education AND Entertainment all in one, heh heh.
dandaman Posted October 5, 2005 Posted October 5, 2005 I don't know why you always have Hidden Mickeys in your Photo TR's... but keep it up!
Token Yankee Guy Posted October 5, 2005 Posted October 5, 2005 Now we wait until the Random TR: Soren smashed by drinking wine. Again, how do you take a picture when both hands are visable!?
Hattuchili Posted October 5, 2005 Author Posted October 5, 2005 Again, how do you take a picture when both hands are visable!? That is my secret, Craig! --Sören
Hattuchili Posted October 5, 2005 Author Posted October 5, 2005 We have the same bottle opener. It works so much better than a corkscrew. Too many broken corks in our house. I think it is the best bottle opener in the world. It is so easy! --Sören
Hattuchili Posted October 5, 2005 Author Posted October 5, 2005 I don't know why you always have Hidden Mickeys in your Photo TR's... but keep it up! Oh, that wasn´t intentional. I only have a few Disney stuff in my apartment. --Sören
Erik Johnson Posted October 5, 2005 Posted October 5, 2005 I am not sure if I missed it, but could you add to the thread the brand name of the wine, I could not make it out in the photo.
Hattuchili Posted October 5, 2005 Author Posted October 5, 2005 I am not sure if I missed it, but could you add to the thread the brand name of the wine, I could not make it out in the photo. Ops my fault! The wine is named "Fiorello 2003" - Sommerwein! It is from a little vineyard in west Germany! I don´t think that someone know that!? --Sören
robbalvey Posted October 5, 2005 Posted October 5, 2005 I don't know why, but I find this photo really funny! You just look so...I dunno..."proper" like one of those pompous people in the restaurant trying to impress the girlfriend...it's great! --Robb

I understand that 2003 was an exceptional year for sommerwein. I have yet to try sommerwein. Though I have tried several Eiswein at several tastings that our company helps sponser (I never turn down an assignment to help work a table for a tasting...we get to taste as well). The German wines are always the first to run out at tastings.
maliboomer Posted October 6, 2005 Posted October 6, 2005 That corkscrew looks like some sort of mega-extracting device!
PhishyBrewer Posted October 6, 2005 Posted October 6, 2005 I'm sorry I just pointed something out, and someone else poked fun at you. I will be drinking plenty of wine this weekend at the Island Wine Fest at Put-In-Bay. Then you can make fun of my pictures when I post my TR.
Hattuchili Posted October 6, 2005 Author Posted October 6, 2005 I will be drinking plenty of wine this weekend at the Island Wine Fest at Put-In-Bay. Then you can make fun of my pictures when I post my TR. Be sure Wally, I will make fun of your pictures! Revenge is sweet. --Sören
coasters 4 me Posted October 6, 2005 Posted October 6, 2005 Interesting TPR! As Craig said, how do you take pictures with your camera with your hands visible? I know you said "Secret" but is it on a tripod or something?
Hattuchili Posted October 6, 2005 Author Posted October 6, 2005 Interesting TPR! As Craig said, how do you take pictures with your camera with your hands visible? I know you said "Secret" but is it on a tripod or something? No! I use no tripod! --Sören
Nrthwnd Posted October 6, 2005 Posted October 6, 2005 IMO. A remote, perhaps? I have one for my old regular film camera. Hit the remote, pic taken in five-8 second, depending. Easy to put remote down or keep holding it, if small enough, like mine.
woah_killa Posted October 6, 2005 Posted October 6, 2005 i'm not old enough to drink that stuff, i don't really like it anyways (had a tongue taste)
4718 Posted October 7, 2005 Posted October 7, 2005 Wine tastes like rotten grape juice to me, but I've only had it one or two times.
Hattuchili Posted October 7, 2005 Author Posted October 7, 2005 ^ it is okay, then there will be more wine for me and Wally! --Sören
