gisco Posted December 15, 2014 Posted December 15, 2014 ^Which Six Flags parks could even fit a Giga? I know Magic Mountain could monitarily get one, but then there's the question of where they would put it. It always amuses me when people think the park has no room. You are thinking two dimensionally, think three. They can build over, around and through stuff.

Like a coaster held up high in the air on multiple columns/poler coasters ... hmm ... *Opens Nolimits 2*.

gerstlaueringvar Posted December 16, 2014 Posted December 16, 2014 They need to make sure people won't bring their loose articles on the ride to injure others. Maybe for Sweden it's easier but for the rest of the world it's quite dangerous. *cough*Dueling Dragons etc*cough*

They should just build it and assume it will all work out. Then if it doesn't they can just send one train on each ride before alternating with another ride that will then send one train so only one of their star attractions with already limited capacities can run at a particular time... crippling capacity and making the guests absolutely miserable.
DJeXeL Posted December 16, 2014 Posted December 16, 2014 SF Mission statement: Send one train on each ride before alternating with another ride that will then send one train so only one of their star attractions with already limited capacities can run at a particular time... crippling capacity and making the guests absolutely miserable. Before the SF fanboys get their panties all bunched up, it's a joke!

Lightnin Loops Posted December 17, 2014 Posted December 17, 2014 ^Agreed. Cedar Fair parks have clean, well maintained bathrooms, SF decided to go with the filthy, not-so well maintained approach. Dare to be different!! my local SF park has clean bathrooms. But they always run their coasters and rides at min staffing. always lots of coaster trains stacking in the station and break area. oh well

coasternut Posted December 27, 2014 Posted December 27, 2014 ^^^ Good point! Zumanjaro is such a disappointment compared to Lex Luthor at Magic Mountain. They'll launch Superman (and do frequently) independent of the status / location of Lex Luthor. That shaking tower from Superman adds to the fun on Lex!
