Guy T. Koepp Posted August 26, 2012 Posted August 26, 2012 Beautiful. I love anything with a fresh dusting of snow.
lil jimmy norton Posted August 26, 2012 Posted August 26, 2012 Wow, amazing pictures. Thanks so much.
cfc Posted August 26, 2012 Posted August 26, 2012 Great picture of Big Thunder--and real snow, unlike the California Matterhorn.
Hhappy Posted August 27, 2012 Author Posted August 27, 2012 Talking about Big Thunder.. which one would this be?? enjoy
molemaster43 Posted August 27, 2012 Posted August 27, 2012 Tokyo Disneyland! Awesome shot Hanno. Odd though, I was looking through pictures of every single BTMR mountain, and I found this one the least appealing to me.
Hhappy Posted August 29, 2012 Author Posted August 29, 2012 Tokyo Disneyland! Yup, that sounds about right ^Amazing, almost haunting in a way! Another great shot, Hanno! Sorry if this has been asked before, but what is your main camera and lense combo that you use? sorry for the delay, I've been using mutiple camera's over the years. Started with a Nikon D50. Upgraded to the D80 and at this time i'm using the D7000. Lenses.. 18-105mm and the 70-300mm are the ones i use most of the time..
Hhappy Posted August 30, 2012 Author Posted August 30, 2012 sorry for the delay in updates, Last couple of days have been a bit too busy.. anuway.. here's 2 pictures from Shamhala at Port Aventura in Spain. Had a blast there during opening weekend and would not mind going back there for a few more rides.. enjoy
molemaster43 Posted August 30, 2012 Posted August 30, 2012 Lol, nice suits there How is the airtime on Shambhala? Is it floater or ejector?
Hhappy Posted August 31, 2012 Author Posted August 31, 2012 How is the airtime on Shambhala? Is it floater or ejector? depends a bit on where you are sitting. Most of it was floater but there is some ejector as well (at least that's how i remember it from opening day)
Hhappy Posted August 31, 2012 Author Posted August 31, 2012 It has been a while since my last visit to Chessington How about a theming related image from Vampire?
cfc Posted August 31, 2012 Posted August 31, 2012 ^Vampire has a great station--the organ player is a nice touch.
Hhappy Posted September 1, 2012 Author Posted September 1, 2012 time for something totally different. Thanks to TPR i discovered the joy that is cruising I've also found out that a Flowrider is a fun way to spent some time during the evening. Plenty of photo ops and when trying it yourself plenty of challenges (especially on amoving ship ) Had a blast and i'm looking forward to the next challenge. Anyway here's 2 pictures. Hope you like it and feel free to let me know if you would like to try a flowrider as well? ain't it pretty at night? Why do i look so focussed?? because it was my first time doing this
amyzoo Posted September 2, 2012 Posted September 2, 2012 Hanno, you look like a pro doing it. I want to to try it again, that was fun!
Hhappy Posted September 3, 2012 Author Posted September 3, 2012 There are a gazillion pictures out there for this Coaster. Busch Gardens Tampa.. here's another picture for you and it's Kumba
vuurvogel Posted September 3, 2012 Posted September 3, 2012 This photo makes me want to go to Florida to ride it. Oh wait, I am going to Florida and Busch Gardens in just a few weeks. I hope the ride is as good as the photo.
TPDave Posted September 3, 2012 Posted September 3, 2012 I love this shot! It's such a great looking ride. I really like the flow rider pics as well, I can't wait to do an RCCL ship (with TPR!)
Meteornotes Posted September 3, 2012 Posted September 3, 2012 I'm still convinced that if I tried a Flowrider I'd somehow manage to cause a fire. dt
