Drop Zone Paramount's Great America 300+ Feet Intamin * I don't know if these stats are right because I got it off some weird website. If it is wrong please correct me! ECZenith
PKI's Drop Zone and Marineland's Sky Screamer are my two favorites.
Mind Eraser
Drop Zone Paramount's Great America 300+ Feet Intamin PGA's was the first big freefall. It's 224 feet. Whereas, some of the other similar ones are 227 ft (SFAW, SFGAM, PCW, SFEG). If we're talking Giant Drops, I'm gonna hafta say that my favs are Hellevator (the original) at SFKK, Tower of Doom at SFA (150 ft), and Pepsi Max Big Drop (125 ft). It seems to me that once you pass about 230 feet, they all seem the same. The exception being PKD's Drop Zone: Intamin did something with the braking system, and the car stops right above the ground. I also love creative towers like the one at Drayton. -kip-

crispy
Well i've been on PGA's drop zone, and actually Cliff's Cliff hanger scared me more, and its like 120 feet, probably because I thought it was going to stop at the top like drop zone, but didn't. Guest
Pittfall Kennywood West Mifflin, PA 251 feet up. Try the riverside at night, best view out there of a drop ride. Katie
socalMAN123
Supreme Scream Hey, out of the three I've been on (ToT @ DCA, Freefall @ SFMM, and SS @ KBF), this was the best one. Freefall just plain hurts, ToT I like A LOT but not as much as SS. ---Brent 8)

DenDen
Nothing beats the big daddy! Big Shot, Stratosphere Tower.
Mind Eraser
Pittfall Kennywood West Mifflin, PA 251 feet up. Pittfall is an awesome ride, but the thing that has always bugged me about it is how some of the cars fall a lot slower than the others. It's always been that way. It's like something on the rails is creating friction, I dunno. But, yeah, it's still a great ride! Another good drop tower is Dalton Terror at Walibi Belgium. It's 250 feet tall. -kip-
ebl
I'm not a big fan of drop rides, but for whatever reason I take a ride now and then. Big Shot on top of the Stratosphere is probably the one I liked best. You just can't beat the view from up there. Eric
Stitch
Dr. Doom's Fear Fall is by far my favorite drop ride because of it's theme! Photo from www.orlandorocks.com

coasterdude5
Giant Drop @ Six Flags Great America Hey, I know it's nothing special but uhhh... you can see Chicago from the top of it! And it has great theming to it.
kevings
Not a huge fan of drop rides in general, but strangely my favourite ride ANYWHERE is Tower of Terror at Disney-MGM Studios. It must be the combination of theme and thrill that gets me. Kevin
Kroger8
Seeing as I've only been on two drop rides, Sling Shot at Family Kingdom in Myrtle Beach, and Drop Zone at Carowinds, I would have to say Drop Zone cause it actually goes faster than an elevator. It's supposedly 174' tall, but only has a 100' drop.
Coaster Palooza
I have to agree with Big Shot on top of Stratosphere in Vegas. Nothing like being 900 feet in the air and getting shot up to 1100 feet. What a rush! Our pic from Big Shot

captain
Normally I`m not a big fan but for sure my favourite one is the Tower of terror - it`s nothing more than fun, fun, fun and of course theme.
