I know my big mistake was last year not bringing this back after vacation which I'm not going to let happen again.


I suspect you had a VERY busy schedule upon return and other things took necessary priority. Regardless, this is your second attempt at losing weight this way, and on both attempts you've made solid progress. Even this time, you added Wii Fit. These are all good signs of learning and growth as a person. In the broader picture, you've made great strides, and that is something to be proud of.


Remember, all these little victories now, add up to bigger victories later.

^I know Robb...it's not going to be the Xmas Dinner and snacks, it's going to be the seven days on a cruise ship ordering steak as an appetizer, then a second steak as a main course!


Cruises are notorious for making people gain weight...there is just so much good food, 24 hours a day!

^You just sweat out water, so then you drink more water cause you're thirsty. It's the same gimmick they use on the ladies during the Spa Orientation "Oh we can take inches off your problem areas"...yeah and then you put it back on as soon as you drink something!
