Actually, this land is not near all the air pollution. This is country land being close to I-70. Actually, I-70 is less than a half mile away, just no exit.

 

Here is the map of the location. Obviousely, Davis would have to be upgraded to handle any major traffic flow. And maybe a 70 Exit, besides they need one there anyway.

I blacked out all the other land I don't hink is in with the land.

This shows the land in relationship with I-70, 7th St. and US 41. Also, 46 is about 3 miles east.

ttdmaster, what kind of park are you looking into building? Something like Wild West World or Ghost Town in the Sky? (just don't run your park like them, or you'll end up closing)

Lets see, You have a total of 2 posts and you want our money for a location that already has a number of parks close by. You don't have any land yet. We have no details on how your going to make your park unique so people will come. Your asking a group that is mostly kids to donate which means you have no serious money lined up. You probably have nothing so your risk is zero.
