thrillrideseeker
Ok... it is time once again for the annual "Old Timers Day" festival that my town has. They always have the same rides, and it always gets really boring. The rides that had were: "The Power Surge" "The Avalanche" "The Crazy Worm" "Round Up" and "The Scrambler" IMO the only good ride was "The Power Surge" which took 3 tickets, speaking of tickets the tickets were $1.00 each, and each ride required 3-4 tickets. OK... So I get there at about 4:00pm and I go to buy my tickets. I go over to "Round Up" but someone had just gotten sick on it so there was no way I was getting on it. Instead I head over too "The Avalanche" yeah it was an ok ride. Nothing great. But the seats were wet because it rained last night which made me really dislike the ride. So after a ride on that I went over to "The Crazy Worm" JUST BECAUSE IT WAS A CREDIT. I felt so stupid riding that thing. Everyone was looking and laughing. After riding "The Crazy Worm" I headed on over to "The Power Surge!" This is one of my all time favorite flat rides, so I rode it 3 times After that ride I had a really bad head ache from standing in the sun taking money for people to park (Project Graduation) so I headed home! Now on to the pictures! OH and I am sorry that some of the pictures are blurry. My camera is messed up since I dropped it. Thanks for reading!! ~Matthew Yet another view from "The Power Surge" This would be the view from the top! Here is that really loud thing again... To start off my ride I so had to have a picture of me! Here is the thing that makes the ride move. Then it goes back down. Yeah... goes up and spins you around... See I told you... a million different ways... Its spins you around like a million different ways... "The Power Surge" It goes up... The underside of "Round Up" "Round Up" "The Scrambler" "The Crazy Worm" "The Avalanche" again... "The Avalanche" Through a tree.
FlippyTrick09
I love Power Surges... They never stop scarring me. This fair reminds me of one of the fairs that came to my town. It was in the Big K-Mart parking lot. Creepy.
ConleyKE
Looks like you had a fun time! Power Surge looks awesome. I believe there is one at Beech Bend, and im really hoping to get down there this summer. Tip: You might want to be sure your pictures are a bit smaller, and then even if they are a little blurry, they wont look as bad.

coastrfreak2000
Giant blurry pictures. Kinda like your last Kings Island Photo TR.
BarryH
I suspect everyone's PTR from now on will have a random blurry photo.
DerekRx
This thread should be renamed "A Trip to the Carnival, through the eyes of Mr Magoo." Seriously, why bother posting photos if you know they're so blurry you can't recognize much of anything. That would be like uploading a video but forgetting to take the lense cap off the camcorder. It just doesn't make sense.

pete4winds
^ Pretty sure Derek's not EXPECTING anyone to be perfect, but he makes a valid point. Me, I would've just gotten a new camera, especially if I KNEW beforehand that the pictures would be hard to see. If I can't see the pictures, I'd rather read a TR without them, and I'm more than willing to do so.
coaster05
I agree this isn't about being perfect, this is more a question of why bother with the report. It is not like Derek picked on a single photo the entire PTR is blurry.
