So it's ok for South Park, a nationally televised TV show to make 9/11 jokes but Homer can't? Honestly, I DO see where you're coming from....BUT....not everyone is going to find what everyone else does "funny." I think it's kind of disrespectful to be pointing out his specific entry. Don't you think that's a little rude? And why is the 9/11 one disrespectful, but you find the JFK one acceptable? Makes no sense to me. If you're going to have a complaint about something, at least be consistent. Other people might take issue with other entries as well, but it seems to be "ok" to complain about this one because it's 9/11. I think that's kind of wrong. Also, do you realize that the picture that Homer used was the whole 9/11 hoax? So even the source image is a joke to begin with! http://www.snopes.com/rumors/crash.htm I kind of saw the humor in him poking fun at the urban legend, not necessarily 9/11 itself. I apologize to Homer for specifically pointing out his entry, but I still stand by what I said. Even though it was a few years ago, 9/11 is still a topic I feel shouldn't be joked about. Trust me if someone falls I'm the first to laugh, but I don't see how thousands of fatalities and injuries is funny. BUT everyone is entitled to their own sense of humor. Anyways, I don't want this to be a whole big deal, and I don't want it to take away from the photo contest. EDIT: Im aware the picture is a fake. Homer I beleive you said "If this offends anyone I'll remove this entry".Please don't, I'm not participating in the photoshop contest so I probally shouldn't have posted in the first place.
