Air, because it is the only one i have ridden, and by the looks/reviews of all the other ones, it tries to give the best flying sensation, not themost intense ride.

Out of all the B&M flyers you're on your back more during a ride on Air than any of the others, so I'd have to say that, technically speaking, Air actually gives the LEAST flying sensation!

On another side note, I really hate polls like this because they aren't valid unless everyone that is voting has been on ALL of them. To really get a fair result you'd have to throw out all the votes from people who said "Well I voted for X coaster because that's the only one I've been on...." Just my random rant!

I really enjoyed Air. Before I rode, I know Robb and Jeff Johnson were pretty down on it but I enjoyed it more than the Flying Dutchman and S:UF. Sometimes when expectations are low a good ride just seems better. I really liked the swooping action that others didn't like and the closeness to the ground. With that said I'll be riding Tatsu in 5 weeks and hope it lives up to what others have said.

X-Flight, hands down

Intense ride throughout, and nothing beats the harness-like restraints

Not to mention it's "Derek approved" because of the vertical loop - Much more intresting than the pretzel IMO as you enter the inversion much faster

Well I have only been on SUF-SFOG and The Flying Coaster-SFEG. SUF takes it for me, The Flying Coaster is TERRIBLE! SUF doesn't really do anything for me anymore though. I actually find it quite boring, even the pretzel loop. After about 20 rides on it, I don't bother if the line is over 30 minutes or if someone I'm with hasn't riden it.

Yea im not the only one who likes stealth better than tatsu. Although I can only compare tatsu to stealth (seems to be best B&M flyer and stealth is original) I liked stealth a crapload more because it was great through the whole ride not just the pretzle loop. Plus it flips over a lot and it really freaked me out when I think im going to fall out of my seat. I miss stealth

Having only been on a Zamperla Volare and Air, I undoubtedly have to say Air, even if I'm quite so sure that it's not the best out there. Last ride I got on it though was amazing, after a short shower, it floated so well, and you got some great airtime on the small hill before the turn-around.

I've only gotten the chance to ride Superman, but I'm sure that if I had ridden Tatsu, it would've gotten my vote. Therefore, I refuse to vote! (Although Superman is intense until after the pretzel loop.)

only ridden air, so not sure what the others are like, except from photo's/videos/ppls comments.

from the sounds of things SUF seems to be a lil gimmiky, relying on the novelty of flying/pretzel loop, so probably good, but lower rerideability (is that even a word!?) than others. Borg looks good, would love to try it - it seems intense, and not totally smooth (i do kinda like the vekomas ive ridden - corkscrew and boomerang - rough and readys always ok by me!!!! ), but dislike the idea of lift hill backwards!!! And volare just looks like some kind of corpral punishment machine from the '70's!!!

but air vs. Tatsu.....

Tatsu looks fantastic, utilising that hill for greater hight effect, plus being so hifgh/fast/flying/ and GIANT pretzel-loop (i wanna ride i REALLY wanna ride!)

However, air is a favorite of mine. Being an Alton-towers fan-boy (having not really been anywhere else), I hav ridden/obsessed ovr it almost a much a Nemesis!!! Ok, so u are on ur back a considerable amount of the 60 sec ride time, but arnt pretzle loops also on the back? would be much better OUTSIDE(external) pretzel loop!!!!!! plus, the whole thing Air being kinda underground, i find it feels very close to ripping off ur lil tootsies, then that amazing sense of swooping up away as the ground retracts beneath you!

Ib think this poll shows alot about preference in ride experience - High, fast and hard (Tatsu) or close, atmospheric and refreshing (Air).

... thugh try riding Air as ur last coaster, on a glorius day, just as the sun is starting setting, and the park starts emptying.... its like a complete massage for body, mind and soul! (though, maybe thats just me :?)r

luv

I have only ever ridden Stealth/Borg Assonaplatter (when it was at PGA) and I remember it to be an interesting and pretty exciting experience.

What I would want to see in a flying coaster is a layout that's mostly high above the ground, perhaps flying over a midway, with some dips and a helix, and the finale could be a pretzel loop that dives underground. I just don't like the idea of a flying coaster being mostly a regular coaster but where you're lying down. B&M are getting somewhere with that egg turn, though.

Then again, I've only ridden the very first flying coaster ever, so what do I know? It's like saying "I dislike how B&M coasters have all those highfalootin' fancy-pants cobra rolls and immelmen", and the only looping coaster you've ever gone on was Revolution.
