Okay, I guess I need to address everyone.... Joey - It's hard to argue with anything USC's done in the last few years, and I'm not about to either. I actually don't have anything against 'em, but that's probably because we haven't played each other in decades. You're right....we'll see how they stack up at the end of the decade. They're off to a nice start, but it'll take a lot to match up to Miami from the early 80's to the mid 90's. One thing's for sure, Larry Coker is no Pete Carroll....so you may have a decent shot at it (although I doubt it). And about those 6 losses. Yeah, we're a victim of our own success. Not many people think of it this way (and it's a testament to Pete Carroll and staff), but if each of Miami's first rounders since 2000 had stayed in school through their senior seasons, we may have met up at least a few times in the last 5 years. Winslow, Taylor, McGahee (different situation obviously), Portis, Shockey, etc. etc. etc. Hercules - I'm changing my avatar just for you. But I should say thanks to JoePa and PSU for winning the Orange Bowl last year. We appreciate that. Ted - I guess there's just something about the name Miami that tends to produce the less intelligent, huh? But I'll have you know, we recruit from only the best juvenile detention centers in Florida. And thanks for that clip. I cringed when I saw it in person, and I cringed again when I watched it in here. Not much I can say.....we got flat out steamrolled, and it was a pretty impressive run. They aren't a team that I despise like Notre Dame, Michigan, Ohio State, Florida, Florida State etc. etc. I kind of call them my number 2 team.
