(Insert Username Here)
^Yes, there is an advertisement on Coke cans (at least the ones sold in Southern California) that has the "buy one MM ticket, get one free with the can" offer along with another offer for Hurricane Harbor. Calicoasters
^^&^ I think Universal Studios Hollywood is actually on Coke Cans now for $15 off admission.
(Insert Username Here)
^Yeah, I'm more of a Pepsi person, so I last saw a Coke can about 1 month ago, when there was still a Magic Mountain ad/coupon printed. I did see a Universal Studios Hollywood commercial recently offering $15 off admission with a Coke can, so the Magic Mountain/Hurricane Harbor offer *has already expired*. Regardless, I think buying tickets online would probably yield the best price. Â EDIT: *may have already expired*
Bolliger&Mabillard
^Not necessarily. Though they're not being "advertised" at the moment, most of MM's coupons expire at the "end" of the season, which is Dec 31st, So check local Taco Bells, which was the last restaraunt to have them that I know of. PeoplemoverMatt
Walked around SFMM a bit yesterday afternoon, and I was quite surprised by how long some queues were. Terminator, Superman, Riddler's and Tatsu especially had rather lengthy queues. Tatsu looked to be about 90mins, and that was at 9:15pm. That's pretty crazy for a Monday. Â I didn't check on the lower capacity Deja Vu & X2 to see how their wait times were, but if the rides on the north side were any indication, Deja/X2 were likely just as long or longer. I did see a strong security presence in the queues preventing things like line jumping and unsafe behavior, so I give compliments to them. Â The "feel" that I got was that a lot of kids are out making their last visits to SFMM before school starts again in the next couple of weeks. For all those planning to visit SFMM in the next couple weeks, be advised. I would suggest using Flash Pass to avoid any headaches with long queues. Quicksilver04440
^lol. It was interesting to say the least, Riddler's 3 Trains, Goliath 3 trains with a very efficient crew, Batman was a walk on for everything except the front which was a 2-3 train wait. This was a friday mind you.
nitrofan
^They were stacking 2 trains on Riddler when I was there. That must have been an awesome crew to keep 3 running smoothly.
(Insert Username Here)
This is somewhat off topic, but I have this burning question in my mind: Terminator has an on-ride flash (and probably a camera, too), but where do you go to view your on-ride photo? Rides like X2, Tatsu, Goliath, etc. have the viewing screens at the exits, but my friends and I couldn't find a screen for Terminator at all. stuartnz
Heck even walked on Superman. You lucky... Â I waited half an hour in that badly ventilated plastic station for a twenty second credit.
coasterking2981
I'd like to see what it would look like if SFMM's Superman got the Bizarro makeover
XII
^I don't think that Superman would look good in any other color than the gray it has now. A big purple tower just sounds like it would be an eyesore to the skyline. Plus, I feel that if any ride should get a Bizarro Makeover, it should be Scream. cooksta77
^Honestly I'd love to see that whole area get a makeover. I truly believe that a new flat over there and a Scream retheme will give that area of the park life again. If people go over there that could spread out all of the lines all over the park. atem122
I agree that that area really needs a sprucing up, but there's no way in hell I'd wait more than 10 minutes for Scream re done, even with onboard audio and effects etc, that ride is just plain old not fun. Quicksilver04440
Despite the fact that it probably wont happen anytime in the near future, its funny because you can start a whole debate of what ride could take the place of the area Superman sits on. I came up with an Out and Back Gravity Group coaster named "Doomsday". Superman ain't escaping this badboy.
atem122
^SFMM did just get a woodie though, so chances are that wouldnt happen for 20-30 years
coasterking2981
Plus Doomsday is a better name for a big steel coaster.
Quicksilver04440
TBH Atem.. I would like to see what they did with terminator done on most of their attractions. Batman: The Ride's que could use a lil make over.. there is a perfect setup already the way the que enters the building. Â Riddler's Revenge's station still has the music playing which I always enjoy but maybe some new effects other then the seizure lights. Â Scream.... Unless they take out the parking lot surface underneath and throw in an overhaul of a makeover.. its gunna take alot to get that ride up to a satisfactory level. Plus its in the verrrry back of the park.. Â Idk, maybe spicing up what they got could be the trick. Â Â and coasterking... did we not just get a GCII named terminator... TERMINATOR.. "You'll be back"

Crazy4Coasters!
^^^^^ For the record I think Scream is a decent ride. The ride has always been smooth for me and I've enjoyed it pretty much every time I've been on it. It's not jaw dropper but it's enjoyable. Just makes me wonder what makes the coaster is "not fun" other than the fact it has no theming... Â It also makes me wonder why you even have Scream as your avatar... LOL!
