The problem is they cant change over to anything that uses the word Marvel in the title, Universal still hold the rights to the name and all characters, Disney can hold meet and greets, and put an overlay over TOT but they cant use the Marvel name. So it will never become a Marvel land as such. The plan is to expand the park into the parking lot behind TOT and turn it into Marvel land. At least, that was the rumor.

This. I love going to downtown for gambling and drinks. A buttload of hotels on Fremont Street have been remodeled completely, or at least have one tower that has been redone. On my last trip, I stayed at the Flamingo on the main strip. We opted for the newly remodeled room, and the price wasn't too far off the regular rooms (loved the remodeled bathroom and beds). I also liked that they have Margaritaville attached to the Flamingo. They have cheap drinks, $5 dollar blackjack tables, etc. I didn't have to catch an uber downtown to experience the perks.

Same. I actually go every Sunday. I think the banking on that last turnaround really says it all. This things gonna be hauling äss from start to finish. (Though technically the same thing could have been said about that weird little overbank on Storm Chaser too...) When you have to compete with a coaster like Gold Striker an hour away, you better make that thing haul ass through the whole course!

With the failure of Knott's just down the 5, I'm not sure how well received one at SFMM would be. I'm pretty sure the Windseeker at Knott's was a failure on behalf of the horribly unreliable ride system, not a public reception issue. Pretty sure that's not what I meant.

My vote is for ejaculation air! It's messy, but oh so worth it!
