  1. aaaand here come the comments on this one! Dude. You just responded to your own post. A post nobody cared about or thought was funny. Kinda like this dude who lit his shirt on fire. Am I on drugs? Did you bother to check the YouTube comment section like Robb said? Oh, btw... [fbvideonew]https://www.facebook.com/TheFilthyFrank/videos/1085052881572577/[/fbvideonew]
  2. If Robb still has their addresses, we can always include bans with a lovely parting gift!
  3. Dude, you're supposed to be wearing the shirt when you light it on fire...
  4. I've ridden all three versions. Brand new (Terminator) Apocalypse, rough and hurtful Apocalypse, and the recent re-tracked Apocalypse. The latest work on the track has improved its experience greatly.
  5. Yay! I'm glad to hear a good report on it, because I loved it last time I was out there, and have been disappointed hearing the terrible reviews coming back from it lately. Nice to know that maybe that work they did on it helped it get - wait for it - back on track! Fixed
  6. I'll tell you what I was happy with... Apocalypse gave me an awesome handful of great rides during WCB! It reminded me of Gold Striker's relentless pacing.
  7. It's about time. I rode it this past Saturday at WCB and while it wasn't the worst, it wasn't great either. Thankfully it was a walk on.
  8. Fear not! Full trip report coming up when I get back home. Pacific Park, Magic Mountain, Knott's, Disneyland, DCA, and USH! Yay!! Awesome!! Also, one of my friends works at the FT Sports Bar and said that the TPR members she encountered there were super kind and appreciative, which she said isn't too common. She said it was nice to have a group as caring and respectful of the park and its rules for once. So great job everyone! It wasn't hard to top the people from the corp buy-out! Our poor server had to be on her feet from noon-midnight (I offered to buy her a beer). We enjoyed beers, and air conditioning for a couple hours as we watched guests with the buy-out wrist bands act like typical nightclub douche bags. We left her a sizeable 40% tip hoping it would give her something to smile about.
  9. Nothing like a post ERT mimosa. This thing is huge! I'll take two!
  10. This looks like a fun toy, but do they come in blue? It's like they know me
  11. We also got on X2 twice, after riding on the New Revolution. My first ride was in the very back, on the inside and it was smooth. The second ride was rough, but that was in the front and on the outside. Currently, taking a margarita break after running back to our hotel to check out. See you all at lunch!
  12. The yolo coaster bar has a decent line up of beers. That's where I'll be to cool off.
  13. My lady friends and I are drinking across the highway from the park at Azul Tequilas. They have an insane list of margaritas. Definitely going to have some shots before happy hour ends. This is just the margarita list. This doesn't suck.
  14. will you be wearing your chain so we can spot you? lol I wish but that thing would knock my teeth out on a ride. I'll be the guy in the misfits shirt and vest.
  15. Just hit highway 5 from the SF Bay Area! See you all tomorrow. Don't be shy, say hi.
  16. Robb only accepts my nudes because they are tasteful and violent.
  17. Hmm, does that mean Gold Rusher no longer participates in coasters in the dark, or maybe they just forgot to list it? That would be a shame, because in my opinion that is the coaster that by far benefits the most from turning the lights off at night. It's a whole different ride. That sucks to hear. Riding Gold Rusher at night during WCB is one of the best GR rides I've ever had. All the turns are unexpected, and that pop at the end!
