  1. I think you're right. No, this was confirmed by someone I know with a fast pass, waiting in line at that time.
  2. I've never had a good Ghostrider experience; nothing but pain! I can't wait to ride this.
  3. Hyperspace Mountain currently has a 120min wait for the fast pass line....
  4. I'm going with a new system. The previous is seriously outdated.
  5. I would make Space Mountain a priority due to its current popularity with the Star Wars overlay, as the fastpasses run out VERY quickly and the standby line can reach two hours. That's the best strategy for being in the park as early as possible. After you get that pass, get in line for Star Tours. You will get the Force Awakens tie in no matter what. After that, go grab Holiday Haunted Mansion fast passes, and if it tickles your fancy, go back to Tomorrowland and get your photo opportunities. The shop there is really cool, if you're into the franchise.
  6. From most used, to least used (I am an avid poster/respond to content on all platforms): - Facebook - Instagram - Snapchat - Youtube - Twitter - Tumblr
  7. Great pics pianojohn! I'd like to think I was in one of those Radiator Springs Racer vehicles since we were there the same days. I will also throw my hat in the ring and praise the new Star Tours, and Hyperspace Mountain. I was underwhelmed by the Launch Bay. Honestly, the best part about it is the shop inside. Tons of cool stuff to buy, right and left if you're a fan of SW, like I am. The night time lighting of Tomorrowland is so pretty. Pictures don't do it justice.
  8. I was at the Resort last Thursday and Friday. I really enjoyed the 'Season of the Force' versions of Hyperspace Mountain and Star Tours!
  9. Well, I guess you won't be attending the park. Given that I already got 2016 passes to six flags, likely not. This new 4d ride does peak my interest though. I was implying the fact that the park isn't open on 49er home games.
  10. I will have to lend my mexi taste buds to this on either Thursday or Friday. I will report back!
  11. Well, I guess you won't be attending the park.
  12. The weather hasn't been the best for working outdoors lately. Rain, hail, etc. Roars footprint isn't that large, so I am sure work will start to ramp up.
  13. Yeah, next Wednesday and Thursday, not this Wednesday and Thursday. 18th and 19th. Believe me, I've checked, double checked, and checked again on opening dates. Had a fright yesterday when I read December 1st in reference to Orlando, haha. I will also be there on Thursday! Can't wait to try out the new stuff for Seasons of the Force.
  14. My two minor issues with Radiator Springs Racers is: 1. I'm just not a fan of the Cars franchise, and 2. I wish it went a little bit faster. The whole time you're "racing" it just feels a bit sluggish to me. Not to echo you entirely, but I feel the same way about it. I'm not very big on the franchise, and the ride could use some pep! For a ride that is simulating racing, albeit family friendly racing, it's pretty slow. I like to ride it for the overall theming of the ride, which is fun. To me, it's a dark ride on steroids and I'm okay with that. BTW, the steroids are probably what shrunk the balls on this ride This is my biggest issue with World of Color also. I *like* the show enough to put about 5 minutes worth of effort into if I could walk up and stand there and watch it, or even walk up halfway through and watch part of it, but it's that commitment of time that I just don't think the show is really worth. Echoing again! My regular group of Disney go-ers have the same feeling about it, and sometimes we don't feel like getting a fastpass for it since the FP station is across the park from most of the major rides. We kill two birds with one stone and get the WoC Fastpass dinner at Carthay, because we are fat kids that like the food there, plus booze. The centralized viewing area for the dining FP's also help seal the deal for us, but to each their own.
  15. When line cutters attack! http://abc7ne.ws/1MB8v9s
  16. Great report! Can't wait for the next parts.
  17. I really, REALLY hope this was just some cheap mock-up they did and didn't spend a lot of money developing it and the end result will be a super cool RFID system that can do more things that just serve as a replacement for paper FastPass tickets. I hope not! It really makes me wonder if their whole stance of, "FP+ not coming to the Disneyland Resort anytime soon" is sticking, and they're going with a less CM interactive FP system. Honestly, its dumb. The RFID system has proven itself at the Disney World Resort, why not integrate it here in California where they know they are having crowd control issues. I would use the heck out of FP+ if it were available here.
  18. These are my favorite type of cargo shorts to wear when I am riding: Utility Pocket Cargo Shorts. The zipper pocket is big and secure. Ecko Unlimited long cargo shorts are also ones that I've had forever. There is a zipper pocket next to the right hand pocket that is HUGE. It holds my cell, wallet, and glasses case in it without any problems or comfortability issues. If you can find them on the web, I'd snatch them up. These also have good reviews. Hope this helps anyone wanting to avoid paying for lockers and helping Ops with faster dispatch times I found middle to back seats had various types of airtime (lateral, extended and brief floater, ejector, etc.) vs. that fast whip you get from the back. I can't say enough good things about what RMC did with this coaster. Middle and back rows are awesome.
  19. 1. YES. I had reservations for 1am... I called it quits waiting in line at 1:40am. 2. Couldn't tell you, as I've only attended on Saturdays with a Skeleton Key/Fright Lane pass.
  20. Glad you enjoyed it! I feel I should pass along some "insider" info about RMC's coasters, though. Apparently the best seats are in the middle of the train. The front and back give their own highs and lows, but for overall "holy crap," sit in the middle. I learned that during WCB! Everyone was piling in for the front and back, but I found my wildest rides in the middle rows
