Nope, they havent gone out yet. I dont think they'l come out for another couple of weeks, but dont quote me on that. And why does everyone have such doubts of me being able to go on the trip? I'll be 17 when the time for the Mid-America trip rolls around, and Ryan (not to make an example or drag him into this) was only 16 when we went out of the country on the UK tour. I just wanna ride Voyage, Kentucky Rumbler, TTD, etc....

I just have 1 more question, then I'll stop bugging y'all: When pledges are being accepted, and everyone's scrambling to write a check/ make a wire deposit/ however they get you the money, will we be notified if we make the top 50 that go on the trip? And if we dont then when people go in / drop out up to the point that we're next in the waiting list, would we be notified of that then?

Heh, I already got my "last minute before it closes" credit for this year (long live Myrtle Beach Pavillion!). There will porbably be some sort of high-thrill flat ride in its place, either that or a new coaster. Screamin Swing for BGA anyone?

Start by making a straight piece of vertical track ,make sure its as long as the heartline-roll on kingda ka is if you want accuracy pts. -> divide it into 4 different segments of track -> turn on rel roll for all of the vertices -> bank each one to 90 degrees so that one vertice is banked 90 degrees past the previous one -> color the main track of all the segments black -> load up AHG -> I think you know the drill from here. If not look at my previous post. see if thats any better, and show me a pic of the end result when you're done so I can see if I told you the right way to do it.

well see, I'm not one of those people that will climb ontop of buses or jump across tracks or steal food or whatever. If the start vertex is at its basic point, you're basically going to drive the heartline into the ground. Its made to be a roller coaster, not a drill! What I would suggest is moving the main vertex up quite a bit, so you have alot of legroom for the heartline roll to go down, but not hit bottom otherwise if your problem wasnt stated above, I'm not sure what you mean...

to do this you'll need elementary, purgatorium, & AHG if you dont have them, http://www.nolimitsdevcenter.net/toolbox get 'em from here It's also highly suggested you know about the 3 tools above before using START ->make a heartline roll with elementary-> load up the purgatorium -> choose prefab > open inital -> rotate it on the x- axis by -90 degrees (choose the field that has a D next to it) -> choose prefab > saved processed -> load up the NL editor -> make a track with just the vertical heartline -> color the main track color black -> save the file -> load up AHG -> set the heartline dist. to what it says in the reference box -> heartline it to make it so that the roll expands in diameter as it goes down (otherwise there are wicked lats) -> save the element again -> FINISH now that wasnt so hard was it?

Thats a good idea having a grace period. I was worried that it was gonna be a "DEPOSIT! DEPOSIT! DEPOSIT!! NOW! NOW! NOW!!!" sort of deal, in which case I'm sure alot of people who want to go would miss out.

^ I'm a lifeguard and I make 6.50$ an hour for sittin on my ass at a pool for 5 hours a day. Best summer job a teen can find. Also I had a little b-day money prior to working so I've probably made around $1100. Still not too bad, eh?

Hey....I'm a perfectly responsible/mature 16 (will be 17) year old ... Really though, I think Elissa has a point about there being as many immature 18+ yr. olds out there as there are 16-17 yr olds. An application process doesnt sound like too bad of an idea either...

^ I dont think it'll be that much. Compared to the UK tour that was this past summer, which costs were only about 1700$ (see flyer for more legitimate prices), I doubt itll be like 5-6k for Japan. I have $1300 saved from my summer job, and more's on the way, so I'll be totally self funded for the trip I believe..

I'd have to say the roughest ride I've been on is Hurricane: Category 5 @ Myrtle Beach Pavillion. I seriously felt my brain rattling inside my skull on those helices, and I have bruises on my legs from the restraints when i got slammed into the ejector air.

mmm-hmm, so I guess I dont really have anything to worry about, eh? I think that should I get green flags from my parents about this whole thing, this Mid-America trip will be the high-point of my lifestyle as an enthusiast.

Do alot of people fly in a day early? Because if I fly into cincinnati a day early and I'm the only one there, I'll be pretty much hosed. Which brings up another question. On the UK trip, did y'all meet in one of the airport terminals so as to greet everyone when they first got into the UK?

I think this may be verbatim, but Hersheypark has the best chocolate, ice cream, & cookies I've had in awhile. As far as other food, Gator McGee's Mountain Grill (Six Flags Over Texas) has some of the best burgers in probably the SFI chain. Especially the swamp burger...oh mama! Grannys Funnel Cakes in the same park has good funnel cakes as well, you can put on as much of whatever as you like. Aways a hit with me.

I think it all depends on the magnitude of whats there. Like for example, from Dallas, TX I'd drive 12 hours for Cedar Point or Holiday World, but not 8 hours for Elitch Gardens or Six Flags New Orleans (well, definately not SFNO anymore).. It all depends on the park for me.

well there are people out there who want it to be torn down and redeveloped, but that would probably cost more money than the city wants to shell out. So if it will stay an amusement park, that begs the question Who'll take the reigns (sp?). Cedar Fair seems likely, even though they just got Paramount Parks. Who knows what'll happen.

RCT3 w/ both expansions, but I was told on another site to get the gold patch to fix the problem...but so far, I have 4 patches that all dont do a thing from the error mssgs. i keep getting I have a feeling I'm missing a few files here & there...
