My girlfriend was borrowing one from a friend. I got to try it out. So after I vacuumed a little, I took out the bin and accidently opened it all over the floor (there's a little lever that when you pull it, it opens the bottom of the canister. You're supposed to do this over a trash can I suppose, but I ended up dumping everything on the floor) soooooooooooooo I got to vacuum everything AGAIN. I was surprised how well it cleaned up all that crap (tons of dust, cat hair, etc.). I only had to roll over the same area a couple times before it looked immaculate. The carpet looked really clean. Is it worth $500? I don't know. $500 is a fucking lot of money for any cleaning appliance. I guess if you have the money, you might as well.

Florida is the only definate right now. Finally get to go to IOA!!!! YAY. I want to do at least one "long weekend" trip. I'm trying to decide between Indiana/Holiday World or NJ/El Toro.

^ You have to buy a firewire card and install it in your computer. They're cheap ($15-30 tops).

^ They're advertising it as the third season, but it's basically the sketches from the eight episodes that Chappelle shot before he quit. No in-between bits with Dave and the audience. They showed a clip on the otherwise god-awful "Last Laugh '05" (when Lewis Black and David Cross aren't funny, there's got to be a problem) and the select scenes they showed were really promising. Alot of it seemed to be sketches dealing with Dave coping with his newfound fame. Ironic in hindsight.
