The Infinity Coaster is the next generation of Euro-fighter. The biggest differences are the trains and the magnetic rollback system. Euro-fighter coasters have a single train car with two rows of four seats. They can seat at most eight people per train. Infinity coasters have multiple train cars with one row of four seats. They can seat anywhere from eight to sixteen people, or more, per train. Some infinity coasters also have traditional inclined lift hills as well as the vertical lift hill.

Because spending tens of thousands of dollars makes a ton of sense. If you've even been reading the thread you'll see that I said the light thing was a joke. I was trying to be sarcastic like everyone else. Geez. And if you even read my post you'll also see that I clearly don't think they are TRYING to block the camera. Geez again.

So they replaced these the two short palm trees in the fore ground with two taller palm trees. And it appears they still have a few to put in. I wonder if these new trees have anything to do with the new ride. It just seems odd they'd rip out perfectly good trees just to put in new ones. I also wonder if they plan on moving the webcam. Once those fronds are unfurled we won't be able to see anything and it wouldn't make any sense to keep a camera pointed at the backs of a bunch of trees. And to the cynics, no I don't think they're trying to block the camera. It'd be much cheaper to just turn it away or turn it off.

Why drive at all? In my experience a nine hour car drive is probably is probably around 600 miles, and is probably closer to eleven hours. That's like me driving to Discovery Kingdom. Meanwhile I can drive to Portland, catch a flight to Oakland and drive to Vallejo in under five hours. Why bother only flying halfway? You'd still have a four or five hour drive ahead of you anyway. It can't cost much much more if any to just fly the whole way. I would actually avoid the bus. I've ridden a bus cross country before. Trust me it's not much better than driving. You're sitting for hours in a cramped seat with other people and it still takes just as long. And the train can sometimes cost as much as a plane ticket and takes even longer than a bus. I've done the train cross country before as well. Portland to Boston by bus took three days. Portland to Boston by train took four. Portland to Boston by plane took six hours and was actually cheaper than the train.

There is actually a lot more to that case than a woman spilling hot coffee on her lap. Yeah like McDs turning the temp up to a scalding 200 plus degrees so people would slow down on their free refills. Human skin melts at that temperature. No one expects coffee to be that hot. I've spilled regular temp coffee in my lap and the most I got was a sore pee pee. This lady had third degree burns and had to have skin grafts. I'm amazed how many people keep spewing this crap example even though the facts have been known for years. Now back to your regularly scheduled programming.
