Wow, that was really cool. I really hope TW's rehab goes well, I really do like the coaster a lot. Everything around the park getting all cleaned up and ready is pretty cool. I guess its a good think they took this year off from building new rides.

My guess is it would go into the Scandanavia section of the park behind Finnish Fling in that big open area. There is a lot of room for expansion over there.

I dont think that this is the coaster company's mag brakes that are being sued for, I believe it's the added and/or altered (by the park) mag brakes that are being sued for. I know that Disney screwed around with the magnetics on Cali. Screamin', and I also know that Beast got new magnetic trims. I would guess that these are the things that Safety Braking Corp. is sueing for, not the regular mag brakes that are used on many coasters throughout the world. Did that make any sense?

I have never heard one good thing about the g-trains. I know from experience that they competely ruined Boss, this is definitely the end for SoB if it gets them.... but isnt SoB's track gauge different?

Most of them are clones? I never knew that! Are you joking? Every single Gerstlauer spinner up until now has been a clone. Spinning Dragons, Timberland Twister, Mr. Six's Pandemonium, Tony Hawk's Big Spin (SFStL), and Tony Hawks Big Spin (SFFT). Anyways, this coaster does seem to be very drawn out and boring, nothing at all like its tight and twisted counter-parts. And what's up with the lift hills using tires? Maybe it's launched up them!

Well I hope it does happen. My grandparents live near Lees Summit, along with a good girl friend of mine. Also, its only about a 1 1/2 hour dive from where I live. Lets just hope they have some cool rides...

^Im pretty sure Nickelodeon isnt going to attract a bunch of teens. I always thought that channel was aimed at the 6-13 crowd, and if you ask me, thats just the crowd that theme parks want.

Judging by my ride on Mamba, yes, Morgan Hypers are very smooth.

The ride actually looked pretty smooth. The camera wasnt shaking that much, it was just tilted 90 degrees..... what a horrible camera man!

Sorry if this has been said before (as I didnt feel like reading all twenty-something pages in this thread), but why is Steel Venom still listed on the GL website if it is being taken out? Is it even official that it is in fact being taken out? If it isnt, this thread is pointless. BUT, if it is official, then why is it still on the GL website when X-flight isnt anymore? I really couldnt care less about SV (impulses dont do anything for me), but this just struck me as odd while I was browsing the GL website.

Everything is looking great. I cant wait to get down to SDC this summer and ride this beast, the barn is looking really nice!

Which is something Ive never quite understood, I loved Mamba! I was looking at pics of this coaster on RCDB and I was wondering about the layout.... it looks pretty sweet! Its too bad they had the MCBR on so hard though (from waht you guys have said), I remember that completely ruining the second half of Mamba.

For the people having trpuble with PB, are you using IE? Im using FireFox and it seems to work just fine for me.
