I wouldn't count it as a new credit. And also, didn't they repaint the Greezed Lightnin" from PGA. Is it the same color as the one at Kentucky Kingdom? If not and they replace the loop they will either have to repaint the loop to go with the coaster or repaint the coaster to match the loop. It would be odd the have a part of a coaster not mix with the rest of it.

I was a roller coaster fan before I got into roller coaster tycoon. I think for me it was the other way around. My interest in roller coasters made me interested in roller coaster tycoon. Ever since I have been a huge fan of roller coaster tycoon. I think it's a great game.

I think that was an awesome design. I wish I could do stuff like that.

Nice trip report. I remember one time this ghetto parking lot carnival type thingy came. It had an old beat up Wisdom Avalanch ride as it's only thrill ride. I rode as many times as I wanted free because I told them about usedrides.com and brought them some things off there site. Anyway, they had that game where you have to pop a balloon with the darts and they talked my mom into playing. After every round she wanted to quit and the carnie kept talking her into playing again and she did. $55 later she quit and won a minature colored mushroom. While all this was happening I was laughing my ass off and after my mom got all pissed at me not getting her out of the game. It was so funny!!!

I have never really cared for powered coasters. Probaly because I haven't been on any good ones. * I always imagined what a powered hyper coaster might be like!!!

All small parks should look like that. I loved the scenery!

I saw one of these at a carnival and I saw iton Sellner's website. I love Tilt-A-Whirls and I was wondering if it rides the same way as the regular Tilt-A-Whirl. It looks pretty cool. Do you like the simple rectangle layout of bumper car buildings or do you like the track version of bumper car buildings. I like the rectangle more because you can actually bump people. On the track versions you go one way and it really isn't all that fun. Tell us what you like and the best bumper cars you have ever been on.

I am also sad that Greazed Lightnin' is in pieces at SFMW. That was my first coaster I ever went on with a loop. I don't know how coaster buisness works to well but couldn't a coaster company like B&M or Intamin make duplicates of Schwartzkopfs shuttle loops? The only reason the Schwartzkopfs shuttle loops are disapearing is because it is so hard to find parts for them now so if B&M or Intamin made some shuttle loops there would be parts for them. It could be the new generation of Shuttle Loops. Also, I know Arrow made some shuttle loops but I don't like them as mush as Schwartzkopfs but how many Arrows are left? * Lets keep our fingers crossed that the shuttle loop from Astroworld finds a new home!

How many operating Schwarzkopf shuttle loop coasters our left in the U.S? I know they are getting hard to find so I want to know how many are left. When the last Schwarzkopf shuttle loop coaster goes down it will be a sad day in coaster history.

If not to many people live in New Orleans can't Six Flags down size the theme park for now? They can move a couple of their coasters and rides to other Six Flags parks so Six Flags New Orleans can lower their prices. Once people start moving back they can start adding new rides little by little until there back where they once were. I don't think many people can pay $50 to go to Six Flags when there is a lot more important things they need to buy. I know it will take a long time to get New Orleans back to where it was with population but this was just my idea.

I know this is really old but what really happened to Kingda Ka? Why did it close for so long? I have been looking around and on Ultimate Roller Coaster I found this- I would like to inform everyone of the truth behind kingda ka's closure earlier this season- which almost resulted in making the list for NJ's biggest busts of 2005 in NJ Magazine. A tester who visited the park weekly to test the coaster sent the ride up with 20 dummies which then fell out one by one and reached as far as the Viper construction area. (VCA) Before re-opening the coaster- extensive tests were done with dummies and no dummies fell out. However, there have been several protests outside of Great Adventure with regard to closing this coaster due to rumors of it not being safe. A staff member of six flags remarked, "Kingda Ka may be closed by the end of the season. And if it is closed again, it will be for good." What a 25 million dollar waste that would be.
