Exactly . . . . FF & HITP made Roar really awesome

So I'm making a trek from Maryland to GAdv next Friday the 23rd. I'll likely leave where I live early (because who the hell knows what traffic will be like going up 95 on Friday morning. And when I went last year, I went up 295 instead of spending more $$$ to go up the Jersey Turnpike). Generally, how are crowds on a Friday in Summer? (I'll probably get a Flash Pass, not sure if it'll be Gold or Platinum). My Plan of (ride) attack will be the Movietown area coasters (Batman, Dark Knight, Nitro, Skull Mountian), then I'll wind my way around to the back of the park, etc.

If Drachen Fire were a B&M . . . . it would be either an Invert or a Hypercoaster What if Alaska had a theme/amusement park?

So for those that have ridden Joker so far at SFOT . . . . does it spin as much as the other S&S 4D Flyers? (or do they all generally spin at the same rate)

I had no issues paying for an all day fluffy . . . . I figure, why go through the process a few more times a day? It certainly makes the dispatch process seem smoother (with people not scrambling to put stuff in bins)

If New Orleans had a theme park (hasn't there been talk of redeveloping the former SFNO property?) I could see it being open year round. What if theme parks were open 24 hours a day? (I wouldn't mind coastering at sunrise)

As I recall, Astroworld shutting down had zilch to do with Katrina. Kieran Burke thought he could have gotten big $$$ for the land . . . . he didn't and he got let go as CEO afterwards. But back to the point, I think Astroworld would have gotten a floorless coaster or a Dark Ride at some point. What if Batman & Robin: The Chiller had used LSM's instead of LIM's?

My B&M count is . . . Apocalypse (SFA) Batman: The Ride, Superman: Ultimate Flight, Bizzaro, Green Lantern and . . . . NITRO (SFGAdv)

Well . . . Cedar Point would never have gone bust if Six Flags New Orleans hadn't been destroyed. But back to your original 'what if' . . . if every coaster looked the same (painted white) . . . no charm at all. Now what if Arrow and TOGO hadn't gone out of business?

If stupid people didn't exist . . . then I think the world would be way different and dull. What if . . . . Six Flags New Orleans wasn't destroyed by Katrina?

Well . . . your prize could be . . . ride the Lasso of Truth as many times as you want in a row opening day

Yeah . . . I got in a couple of rides on Batwing. I honestly can't remember the last time they had BOTH Batwing stations operating?

And the Gotham Arena also has cheerleading/dance/band competitions. But I do remember years ago, they had a Batman themed stunt show there, as well as concerts (it would be nice to have occasional concerts at the Gotham arena at SFA) Hmm . . . a water coaster. I like that idea, but where to put it (I don't see them axing anything currently at HH . . . or maybe they'll expand it) And V2 . . . an Impulse Coaster would be nice (It don't take up much space, it could easily be between Batwing and Superman)

...you know what, nevermind. So looking forward to riding ROAR in the cold again. There are many things that could be done and they all seem so simple to fix. That's where the love/hate comes from. It's never going to look like Busch Gardens and I don't think if they spent a ton of money on landscaping and blocking backstage views it would ever counter the park's reputation. I do have to admit that the antique car ride is one of the most WTF worst. However, they do have the Looney Tunes Prop House... it can get hot and smelly but where else can you load an air cannon with ball pit balls and destroy family members and stranger's kids? Seriously if you haven't been, its fun like they used to let us have when you could ride a bike without pads and a helmet on the main streets. I'm with you BIG time on that (Roar was really awesome during FF & HITP) . . . and you never know, it could very well get the RMC treatment. And one of my ideas for improving SFA is to . . . well make more use of the land they have available (and yeah, it don't look great seeing the boneyard behind Ragin Cajun). I for one would like to see a Dive Coaster come to SFA . . . maybe clear out the boneyard and build it there. Or what about replacing the Gotham Arena (doesn't seem to get much use) with a Dark Ride.

What rumors about Kingda Ka pushing more trains? (my understanding is that Zumanjaro can't be raised until Ka clears the hill; and Ka can't be launched until Zumanjaro has completed it's drop?)
