  1. Sorry, I must be blind. Where are we looking on this photo?
  2. According to the recent rumors that have been "going around", we're getting Flight of Fear from King's Dominion.
  3. What will they do on the 3-4 days a year when the line is longer than a station wait then? Oh that's right, put the second train on. Alright! Now if they can perfect the zero gravity inside the building, I am sold! Who doesn't want animatronic dinosaurs floating around inside of a planetarium? The original station floor will be replaced with trampolines. They won't put in the zero gravity section for a couple years however; they already used their budget for the next five years on this relocation.
  4. It all makes sense now. A giant meteor didn't wipe out the dinosaurs, they all left Earth on a giant spaceship. New for 2017: Dinosaurs Alive: In Space!
  5. If there was a trim there I think Hydra would valley.
  6. Any idea why Hydra has these two random holes in the track? Did a constructionn worker have to get gas on the way home from work or something?
  7. SF Gettysburg?
  8. Well that makes sense, thanks for clearing that up.
  9. Why stop there? Let's split it into five parts! - Valleyfair gets one train, the station (minus the building), and the launch section - Worlds of Fun gets the first half of the ride (the cobra roll up to the MCBR) along with the second train - Dorney gets three cars from the third train and the second half of the ride (MCBR to actual break run) - California's Great America gets the entire building (no track) and the final two cars from the third train - Michigan's Adventure gets a prop from the queue or something to hint at a ride that's never coming
  10. ^ When the launched wooden coaster you put in isn't working properly so you need a backup plan just in case you can't fix it Edit: I know they have been working to fix it, and it has been running as it should these past few days, not trying to start another war over this
  11. That makes perfect sense from Six Flag's (or any corporation)'s point of view. Thank you for saying that. On the other hand, just because it makes more sense from a business perspective doesn't make it any better from the customer's perspective when you have to wait more than two hours for Ride of Steel because of a headset that you don't plan to use.
  12. Let's spin the wheel then and see what it lands on then
  13. Yeah, if Six Flags chose which coasters to put VR on at CP they would have chosen either MF or Maverick. Both horrible choices.
  14. I know I said it would be a good fit at Dorney, but I can't see how this would be a good idea from KD's standpoint. Why would they remove an attraction that isn't old/unliked when they have the land to build it elsewhere? I know you said that you had a link and I'll look at it when you find it, but until then this idea seems almost as unlikely as the dream I had the other night where they tried to RMC Stinger.
  15. That's the first time I've heard that rumor. It sounds unlikely to me, but if it were true then that would be a good fit at this park. Personally, I want something with good airtime, but I'd take FoF any day over the other coasters that are rumored to be removed/relocated for the 2017 season in the CF chain (looking at you, Time Warp).
  16. What makes this SLC better than others? Is it just smoother somehow?
  17. I don't know, but I did read this off of Screamscape a month back:
  18. If you have amusement park apps on your phone and look at wait times when you're bored. Btw Storm Runner is a five minute wait atm
  19. Maybe if we're lucky it will destroy the entire coaster and they can put in a B&M!
  20. Galaxies may be drop proof, but are they Vekoma-proof? If they aren't in a contract with Samsung then they should get Nokia to build a VR headset.
  21. I doubt this would happen, but could they make a drop tower and an observatory tower in the same tower? On the tower would be two gondolas: A gondola made to drop as a thrilling attraction, and the other as an observation gondola that doubles as a catch car.. Both would rise to the top of the tower. After about 30 seconds, the drop gondola would fall to the ground. The observation gondola would then slowly descend to the ground and hook to the drop gondola, where both could be unloaded and loaded again.
  22. Maybe it's just a 2016 season thing. We can hope lol I am hoping for that too, but I think Six Flags will remove it from only a few rides next year hoping that they can fix some of the issues with VR.
  23. I think that with many of the issues that VR brings, Six Flags will cancel it on most if not all rides by 2018.
  24. Not sure that's what I would consider a "little thing"...
