A weird one I had after my first visit to Michigan's Adventure with thunderhawk (why I rember this I don't know): I had a dream where I was getting chased by something through a Verona slc station and then once I reached the end saw a second station, and then another, and another. The head banging must've done it to me. Talk about a nightmare!

Except Mickey Mouse is a fictional character and these whales are live creatures in captivity. Not a great analogy. However large we think these pools are, these whales lives are the equivalent to a person being born in a house and then living the rest of their life in one room of that house. Don't get me wrong, I'm not a fan of PETA and thought that Blackfish was ridiculously heavy handed. However, as a compassionate human, it is always a little sad to see animals meant for vast spaces confined to a relatively small living environment. I think its more reasonable to see it as the Orcas are becoming the Mickey Mouse. In the hopefully long future, it will just be people in whale costumes in a water themed Disney park basically.

Ughhh I knew from the begging this would be bad. What is seaworld doing about blue world? It's pretty expensive and knowing it would possibly never have whales is it even worth it? Man I don't like peta...

Is that what Michigan's Adventure is getting for 2016? No, the head of maintaince is to scared to climb that. Besides it puts to much hope in the the eyes of Michiganders.

B&M? Like Arrow? The corkscrew coaster at MiA has more headbanging than Rougarou and Raptor put together! Don't even get me started about Thunderhawk, and for sure not the SLC at CW. Rougarou's second half does have quite a bit of it though, still not comparable to an Arrow or Vekoma IMO. I still like the new more than the old. I don't know why, I guess I just enjoy no headbanging more than some, even though i'm so used to it!

According to Thrill Factor, tunnels actually do change the way out bodies react to the ride. But in reality its only a small change in thrill, and they were testing it on a coaster that had multiple longer tunnels. (Can't recall which one)

^^^It really is, but sixflags puts more emphasis on their smaller parks, it's not like they have a MiA and Valleyfair like cf. I don't care about MiA though, CP is awfully close. (Also I'm not complaining about ST it is an amazing wooden coaster)

Nice to see GateKeeper back working. Also so much track. Only a few more days till the announcement. Can't wait for a chance to see the first Dive Coaster I will ever ride.

^I only go on weekdays normally due to how busy the park is on weekends, literally impossible to get a night ride! Really want a nighttime ride on ST considering I've never had one and I've easily ridden it more than 200 times! Also I heard from some friends that yesterday most of the stuff in the water park was closed. I know they have had staffing problems all year, but closing the wave pool on an insanely busy day seems to be a new low. The line for Mine Shaft and the other one ( ) was almost to the boardwalk fries stand! Also last week I was there and the same operators were on ST all day. There were only two at first, later a third came to join them. Still the park was dead at least during the week. They literally let people ride again if no one was waiting for their seat. Needless to say I only rode it a brain rattling 9 times. Still can't beat the 15 in one day I got a few years ago.

Some things: there was a truck with some unknown objects on the trailer in the parking lot. MiA is also going to be sold to six flags. At least according to my friend. He said the flags on corckacrew's lift hill say it all. There are 12 flags on the ride, and 11 six flags parks according to their website. After MiA there would be 12. of course that doesn't take into account the fact that CF has 12 parks that aren't entirely water parks. Or the fact that they just happen to be evenly spaced on the bars on the catwalk. But one can have their suspicions.

Two train operation on ST all day then 1 train the last 2 or 1 1/2 hours it was open. This is actually the first time I've seen 1 train operations on it. Still wasn't a long line but weird. Also some police presence at the entrance, and a truck in parking lot. Green train on the storage track Still a fun day and the park wasn't too busy.

I don't know if it has been mentioned but the board is still up by the marina entrance. Sorry for bad photo, just showing its still up

Based on the POV it looks like it would make a really fun (though unorthodox) floorless. I still think they need to leave the Carowinds Vortex alone though and that's the only standup I'll say that about. The layout is way too boring without the standup gimmick and it's actually an enjoyable coaster. Agreed, I would like to see CF renocmvate all the old stand-upd and give them floorless trains. Maybe we will see more of that in the future once they can get a full years worth of data from Rougaru. Rougarou has really not held it's popularity well. In May there was a long-long LONG line all day long, in June the line all day had shrunk considerably, in July Rougarou was a walk-on a fair amount, and Yesterday was a walk-on most of the day. It wasn't very busy at CP yesterday anyway, but the other 3 days were. I don't know if the data will be very positive.

He's a coaster fan like any one of us. The picture people sent to him of the Valravn track that he posted on FB was pretty good. Of course the pictures appeared any other places too. Who knows. For MiA don't worry, its on the uprising. There is nothing CF can do. Jk. Screw MiA. CP and CW FTW!
