  1. Rock Vekoma or Togo?
  2. Someone please close this topic before it becomes a spam-fest.
  3. DLR's train, and Big Thunder Mountain Railroad (Hey, that is a train, but on crack!)
  4. How about a bad day in a good park...A few years ago we went to SFMW when it was raining (OK, I got to ride Medusa, Kong, and did a Roar Marathon in the rain) but as it stopped raining, then the park decides to close. I think they had things backwards that day. Good thing I had my season pass. OK, so it wasn't so bad afterall, they just closed the park early when it started to clear up.
  5. I go with digital only because it's cheaper in the long run. The camera and memory card costs make up the countless costs of film and developing film. Also, I can go back and delete pictures if I don't like them.
  6. Right now, I'm at a community college but plan on transferring to my local university formerly known as Cal State Hayward, now known as Cal State East Bay....worst name ever!
  7. Yea. I've seen that in class a year ago. One of the most annoying things for me to see are Run-on sentences. It makes it really hard to understand what they're saying. Throw in some short-hand Text Messenger language and it makes it worse.
  8. I have yet to still try one of those. The one I rode was the Honolulu Halfpipe at Waterworld Concord. I rode with a larger person and my foot was nearly 1 foot from the edge. They're pretty fun and intimidating as you try to pull yourselves down the drop.
  9. Those halfpipe slides are fun. There's some airtime if you sit in the back. It is hard though to get yourself started out as you teeter over the edge.
  10. Here are my top 3: They remind me of my Chevy II Nova, which is good Millenneum (sp?) Flyers are pretty sweet. No nose obstructing the view in front of you when riding the front seat. Lastly, I'd have to go with Vekoma's Booster Bikes
  11. Wooden Out & Back- Giant Dipper Santa Cruze Wooden Twister- Roar @ SFMW Wooden Racing/Dueling- N/A Mine Train- Wild Mouse- N/A Bobsled- N/A Stand Up- Riddler's Revenge Floorless- Medusa Mega-Looper N/A Flying- N/A Suspended- Ninja Inverted/SLC- All the SLC's are the same, but I'll have to go with Kong. Non Looper Mega Coaster- N/A Hypercoaster- Goliath Boomerang- Invertigo LIM- V2 Vertical Velocity (revised SFMW version) Arrow Multi Looper- N/A I need to get out there and ride more coasters to fill in those blank spots.
  12. haha! You were so scared of that thing, scaring everyone else in that room when you suddenly screamed. If only I can find a picture of it... The other thing that's scary are Teletubbies and Booh Bahs. (The toys aren't so bad but when you see a 'live' one on TV, they're scary looking)
  13. Loading some programs on my new laptop.
  14. If you consider looking for moments of airtime off of speed bumps, yes. I'm pretty hooked but with time, it makes it hard to go to many places.
  15. It's just like people that are into cars. Yes these structures are like a work of art, in which we can participate in as well as using for other arts such as photography or video. My main reason why I'm addicted to coasters because they're just fun.
  16. w00t! I just bought a new laptop!
  17. Many coasters sit on a flat plot of land also. I'm pretty sure also that it originated from the flat rides that were really flat.
  18. Favorite flatride(s) would have to be Falling Star-They produce a nice moment of airtime and tummy tingles Frisbee (Tazmanian Devil) Enterprise Wipeout Hammer-head inverter rides (Whatever they're called, I dunno.) any kind of freefall tower and lastly, Rock-o-Plane BTW, why are they called 'Flat Rides' anyway when they aren't at all flat? They should be more known as "Twirl-n-hurl" or "Spin and Puke"
  19. Here's one with a pic I borrowed from either SFMWonline.com, Norcalcoasters.com, or SFMWzone.com..I'm not sure but I photoshopped this one myself after seeing that Wicked Twister one because I had nothing better to do. Photoshopped V2.5
  20. Wow! That was fast. Last I saw I was at 150 posts.
  21. One of my RCT3 tracks...Honestly, I'm broke after paying tons of money for books in college, and time makes things difficult. We'll see what happens this summer although I have summer classes to do. No big trips this year =(
  22. I've been on 1 drop tower, Dropzone @ PGA. It's pretty fun and had a lot of airtime (Would have had even more if my friend didn't save our lives). The whole time dropping, my butt was not on the seat, but shoulders pressed against restraints.
  23. Nokia 2600...Battery life stays full for a week, overall life is about 2 weeks.
  24. Was your kid too short or too afraid to be launched at 100mph 400 feet into the air? Be afraid no more! Superman: The Return has arrived. This is a miniature model of the Superman: The Escape @ SFMM. Superman- The return.nltrack A mini-me recreation of Superman: The Escape
