Planning my first ever trip to Universal for January. I will prly just do islands of adventure since I only have one day at the park. My main reason is to ride the 2 new Intamins. Is velocicoaster and Hagrids really not on the express time saver pass?

Its crazy to think there are 2 large clearings at this park. If it were just the clearing where Superman was I would kids area expansion with a new junior coaster like frontier city got. But since down the midway the shoot the chutes is cleared I have no idea

So I have heard the new trains are B&M. Seems like Premier would have been there go to on this one

my bad. I forgot how similar a petting zoo with rented seasonal animals and a marine park are. Basically the same thing. When I walk through the frontier trail I feel like I am walking through Sea World Orlando. Cedar Fair loves animals so much it was the very first thing they got rid of when they purchased Six Flags World Of Adventures. SMH

Cedar Fair does not do animal parks. Plus Cedar Fair totally forgets about half the parks it currently owns and should not take on anymore parks or debt

Isn't Marineland working with the City of Niagara to build the park up? I also thought I read the park is planning on opening some new rides?

Last night at a concert I ordered a draft bud light but somehow I ended up with a draft shocktop

I love the idea of IB loading up on coasters but I really feel like they could off added some water slides to that spot. I would also move the spin ride and the drop tower and add extra waterpark slides to that spot.

Wacky Worm santas village

I have a 4 year old, a 2 year old and a newborn so Santa's Village seemed like a good choice to visit next. It was much nicer then I was expecting. Lots of fountains and water features. Santa meet and greets. A good selection of rides and animals. The tiny water parked looked like enough to cool off little ones. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw this place actually sold alcohol! Parking lot when we left was actually full! Even with a full lot lines were one or 2 cycle waits. The 2 standout attractions were the jolly trolly and the fire truck ride. Both were different but short. Jolly trolly goes through Christmas movie scenes that kids will never understand but parents will laugh at. The fire truck drives up to a fire which you can shoot water at. The larger coaster super cyclone has a pop of air but the comfort collars ruin it. The other credit is a wacky worm. Same area has an inverting pendulum and a larson drop tower Fun! Fun little park. If your in the Chicago land area I would recommend a visit

They have relations with Vekoma. Have them come in and fix the launch, sensors, structure or whatever else is wrong with it.

Would be neat if a Knoebels type park bought it. Or gene staples lol

Looks like a fun trip to IB. If I had to miss any coaster it would be the hoosier Hurricane. Its meanders around and has zero air time.

Six Flags St Louis really needs a kiddie coaster. Model C or D could fit the bill nicely

I went to finally cancel my membership. They offered some crazy stupid inexpensive rate to stay members so we did not cancel. Well turns out doing so I lost all my free upgrades I had gained during the pandemic and have to get all new membership cards. What was the point in not canceling then. Very annoying

I have been almost every weekend. I felt so bad for the park and its staffing issues I am actually working there the next 2 sundays just to help out

I haven't really been to a park that I have no desire to return to. Some of my least memorable parks like Valleyfair and Elitch Gardens had coasters closed that entice me enough to make me want to return to
