  1. Granted. Just go to your local Six Flags park, where the line is 2 hours long and the price is 27.00 (plus tax). I wish my car made the B & M roar when it goes down a hill.
  2. I'd rather be Raptored by Wicked Twister while I was scaling the tower to find my pet seagull. Would you rather fall into Lake Erie or Sandusky Bay?
  3. To make you close your mouth on Millennium Force at night. What do people with more than 5,000 posts on TPR have in common?
  4. Walt Disney World College football or the NFL?
  5. ... had to give the members of all the other coaster sites free memberships so Robb could ...
  6. Granted, but it's built on a swamp and the 555 foot inverted wooden aquatrax you just spent a year building sinks into quicksand before your very eyes.
  7. You might be a coaster nerd if you want a pet seagull to remind you of all the coasters at CP.
  8. ... so the producers had to make up embarrassing things about them, and after that ...
  9. Your wish is granted, but the G forces were so strong, the Troika fell apart, landed in Lake Erie, and was devoured by seagulls. I wish there was a mine train that went into a real underground mine.
  10. Attention, guests. All our coasters are closed today because of the Lake Erie tsumami except Mean Streak. Enjoy your day at America's Rockin' Roller Coast! I wish Six Flags would convert all their steel coasters to wooden ones.
  11. 0/10 The Voyage's midcourse brake
  12. When Six Flags starts converting all their steel coasters to wooden ones.
  13. ... so the server posted all the most embarrassing information about everyone on TPR, so then ...
  14. Kentucky Rumbler at Beech Bend
  15. NTAG. I had no idea it was going to be as great as it was!
  16. 1. My member banner isn't showing up at the bottom of my posts. I followed the instructions given in the Club TPR forum, but I must have done something wrong. At the bottom of my most recent post, which was made after I followed the instruction, it shows [url=http://, etc. That post is in the topic What Roller Coaster Did You Last Ride? 2. In the posts I made before the one I mentioned above, it shows my name and e-mail address. I would prefer that my e-mail address not be shown at the bottom of my posts, but I would like to people to be able to e-mail me. Would you please let me know what I need to do? Thanks.
  17. The last coaster I rode was Thunderation at Silver Dollar City. One of the best mine trains I've ever been on.
  18. I am new to the Fast Lane world. The only time I've bought one was last summer at Canada's Wonderland, where the Fast Lane entrance led directly to the station for each ride. In this thread, I've heard some of you guys talk about merge points, so I'm interpreting that to mean that at CP some of the FL lines don't lead directly to the station. Does anyone know where I can find out where the merge point is for each ride included on FL? Knowing this would help me decide whether to buy a FL next time I'm at CP. Thanks to each one of you that has posted in this thread. I have truly enjoyed your insights and have learned a lot.
  19. A while back I signed up to receive e-mail newsletters from several Cedar Fair parks. I started receiving them from several parks but not from others, including Kings Island. I called KI to ask about it, and was told that only season pass holders can receive the e-mail newsletter. The lady I talked to thought that each Cedar Fair park made its own policy about whether a season pass was required. Last fall I stumbled across the information that KI was offering a free Fast Lane with a 2015 1 day ticket. I would like to get this kind of information in a timely manner. Do any of you guys have any suggestions about where to get this information (website?), or how to get on the e-mail list? Any help you could give me would be appreciated. Thanks.
  20. It looks like only the 2nd page of the attachment showed up in my previous post. Here's page 1.
  21. I put together this matrix of distances between parks to help me in road trip planning. I used Google Maps to create it. Of course, it made me want to hit the road for another trip soon! I hope someone else will find it helpful. This is the first time I've ever added an attachment to a post, so if I didn't do it right, please excuse.
  22. I just got back from a road trip during which I spent a rainy but good day at Six Flags St. Louis. I noticed that Screamin' Eagle's lift hill mechanism made a different noise from American Thunder's. Would anyone be able to tell me what caused the difference? Thanks.
  23. I just got back from a road trip that included 2 great days at Worlds of Fun and 52 rides on Prowler. In the attached picture from Coaster Gallery, there are 2 parallel lines of boards that appear to rest on the ledgers and track ties, one just to the right of the center of the track, and one just to the left. Could anyone tell me what they are called and what their purpose is? This is the first time I've ever tried to attach a photo to a post, so if I didn't do it right, please excuse me. Thanks. Prowler
