SFoT doesnt do it up that much during Fright Fest. Wish they'd take a page from our friends at UO and throw a decent event thats fun and scares the crap out of ya

Our trips going to be oct 17th-22nd...manily driving down from dallas to lauderdale helping a friend move. GF and I are tilting towards HHN as we we like the grownup scary feel. Erik, sounds like a kickass idea. Great photo op and fun as well.

You know you're at a Six Flags park when new rides are rolled out without proper R&D and are closed for up to two years after completion due to "design issues"

Alveys and rest of you kids...I have questions about Haloween in Orlando. A) Are "Not So Scary" and "Horror Nights" really worth the additional cost? B) How are the crowds mid-october at the parks? C) Where would you suggest to stay? I dont mind doing a bit cheaper any and all advice from you all would be appreciated

I worked at SFOT in HS running the race games (Horses across the track,ect..) and had this redneck father with mullet come to my game with his kid. I rolled the ball down to his kid and he took it as I was throwing something at his child. He got up, cursed me out and threw a cue ball at me,which grazed my right eye and came pretty close to hitting me in the temple. I called the security team and had the redneck,trashy wife and his kid all escorted from the park, and filed charges with the Arlington PD. It ended up this guy had a record a long and had outstanding warrants as well. He was hauled off in handcuffs and ended up getting a year in jail on the assult.

Robb, the walibi and DLP pics look great!! I was curious, whats different with the theming of Space Mountain Mission 2? Also, thank you also for the info on the hotels. GF and I will prolly be hitting the ibis hotels in paris proper when we do our london-paris-rome adventure next year.

Very cool..I do agree on some of the SFOT comments, esp about the "bobsled" and flashback. IMHO, they should be yanked out. Im not a really big fan of Astroworld, feels like its in the middle of a parking lot to me. When ya guys roll through here, give me a holla, id love to hang out. I was in the northridge in 94, was visiting some friends in LA during the time. It was the craziest thing ive ever been through. None were really worth going to, save dollywood. I wasnt too impressed. I turned it off and watched Pirates Of The Carribean again.

M:S is one of the best rides/attractions at Epcot. Alot of the people you hear "getting sick" on it are usually either the clowns who eat a big meal before jumping on or the snowbirds in bermuda shorts, brown sandals and black socks down for the winter. I'll give the same advice I give to anyone who rides any high G ride(Coaster, M:S, My Car): 1) If your scared or apprehensive, dont go 2) Dont eat a big meal or drink before you ride. 3) Obey the rules and listen to what the ride ops say. 4) Enjoy the ride Chris "They Dont Call Me Vomit Comet For Nothin" Zer0
