  1. ^Seems like it could be legit. Still thinking we'll see a waterpark expansion, but you never know.
  2. What about leviathan? Sure, there was more teasing, but as far as land clearing goes, I don't remember nearly as much. My thoughts, waterpark expansion in 2017 and coaster for 2018.
  3. Well, in the same article, it was stated that Cedar Fair was going to Japan next. So, maybe they found a Troika in Japan? Also, maybe the Huss Break Dance will be added to Carowinds in 2018. We'll just have to wait and see! I've enjoyed the announcements so far! ***JAPAN****?????? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE RELOCATE THIS!!!!!! (Can't embed?... Idk why) I doubt that would happen, but it would be cool if Cedar Fair took one of the Ultra Twisters in Japan and moved it to one of the CF parks. Speaking of Ultra Twister, I heard that Premier Rides has Togo's Pipeline design. Can anyone confirm this? It'd be after replacement for the TOGO CW just lost.

  5. It's official: PLANET SNOOPY EXPANSION 2017 #Ziz CW2017 #SuckitKD
  6. Doubt we'll be getting anything big, but people also have to remember that other large announcements haven't happened until the very end of August (ie. Guardian).
  7. Sorry if I missed something on the thread, but has the green B&M track been ruled out? It looks like no other CF parks are getting it.
  8. ^seems like a good idea... But also a little odd. Everything I've read about how the trucks run in Europe makes it seem like their regulations are more restrictive. Plus, laws asside, the roads in Europe are much narrower (and older, I'd imagine) in Europe. Seems like the US roads by design are made to carry larger loads, not smaller ones. Either way, this ride looks fantastic. If a Travelling version won't be allowed into North America, let's hope a park model gets built.
  9. Any reason the weight limits for big rigs are different between the U.S. and Germany/Europe? I looked it up, and can't find much information. Just curious, as whenever these new flat rides are built, the topic of them always being too heavy to be allowed to travel the u.S. Is brought up.
  10. That's my question as well... Why do all the Master Blaster/rocket slides use netting?... Doesn't make sense.
  11. According to astrology/horoscope websites, 2017 is the year of the "Ziz". The ancient prophecy states that "Canada'sWonderland shall avenge the loss in 2016 brought upon them by Cedar Point". It goes on to further explain that B&M will likely assist in fulfilling this prophecy through the building of a wing rider". Source(s): Sites I found on the Yahoo.com, Bing.com and Blackle.com search engines
  12. Not sure about the looping slide, but seems like the world's longest slide was only there for a limited time as a publicity stunt.
  13. Only been on the aqualoop/whitewater version, and loved every part of the ride except for the loop (ended up with a few scratches on my back going through that section. The loop also seemed to add to the wait times a fair bit, as people would get stuck quite frequently when I was there. Finally, anothers have pointed out, it seems as though a lot of the whitewater slides are "one trick ponies", and save the elements like boomerango sections and loops till the very end... Proslide always seems to have multiple tricks up their sleve. All that being said, if my home waterpark (Bingemans) adds any drop pod slide by any manufacturer, I'll be very happy. The drop is far more thrilling than a traditional free fall slide, and I'd even go so far as to say that it outranks some of the coaster drops I've been on.
  14. Pretty sure I got "spayed" once while trying to board a WindSeeker. It's not like I'm short-legged or anything so not sure how I managed to clock myself like that. Same thing when the restraint on Riddler's Revenge clicks up a notch too high (I'm always the one person who has trouble adjusting it right). TMI? Sorry! So true... The reason I don't like windaeekers. My manhood was fine on the Togo standup next door, but the Windseeker was another story.
  15. Dorney has half the coasters of Canada's Wonderland. The last time that they received a new coaster which was not relocated was 2005, the year before Cedar Fair purchased Canada's Wonderland. Would you have preferred a used Vekoma inverted boomerang and a used Intamin impulse over Behemoth and Leviathan? Used boomerang no, used impulse maybe.
  16. ^Awesome addition! A relatively unique flat... With a capacity perfect for Fuji-Q
  17. Was I one of the only ones who enjoyed Skyrider?.... I understand why it had to go, and ask any have said, I was surprised they even managed to sell the ride (according to park employees I've talked to, the ride had"reached the end of its lifespan"). However, I really wish it could've stayed... It was one of the only rides I've been on that had true ejector airtime.
