Even though that's most likely temporary for this season or less, it really does look terrible, most likely because of the awful flooring that doesn't match too. The rest of Forbidden Valley looks great though!

^Well that's an interesting move bringing it in, even though it's not permanent it means the park has added a coaster every year since 2013!

The themeing in that artwork really impresses me!

^I'm also really impressed with this, it looks great. Can't wait to ride Galactica at Alton Towers in April and find out how VR actually is!

^Week days are always quieter regardless of the time of year, but in the summer Alton is usually very busy. I've been once in July for the last three years and haven't needed any fast pass but when i went the weather wasn't good and last year, just a month after the accident, visitor numbers were low so this year could be different. Hard to predict really but i wouldn't say Fast pass is a necessary.

As a promotion for DBGT, on March 25th at 10am you can buy tickets for just 12p online in limited numbers. They can be used between the 26th March and 6th October. Seems like an unbelievable deal to me https://www.thorpepark.com/12p-ticket

On another note, the park is looking so much better with all the touch ups that are being done under Towers Loving Care. Things have been looking a little run down in recent years and it just looks so much better now!

Pretty excited with them going with an early announcement rather than later in the year, can't wait to find out!

^Well we know there's a suspended train, so that could be it. But i imagine that it'll be more than just an immersive tunnel with the amount they're paying for it

Now the full tower has been finished, it looks fantastic. I wasn't quite sure if i liked the new style using single and double spine rather than the box track that TTD and KK uses, but it sure does look good all done.

^I really do wonder if they're planning on replacing those track pieces or if they know that they're okay and won't impact the ride experience therefore aren't planning on replacing them.
