^Really strange seeing it using Double and Single spine track going up the tower compared to the box track were used to on the stratas. Not sure i like the look as much this way, although it seems like it'll be a fantastic coaster regardless!

^I know she said that in one tweet, but Nick did say it in an interview and the bridge removal seems to tie into 2017. Any is possible really, but more evidence points to 2017. At least i really hope it's for that year.

^I know there was some rumors saying it'd be 2018 now, but there's really nothing that shows it's been delayed with that whole area cleared already and the bridge gone. I'd probably still say 2017 with what was said in the original interview revealing the project.

Thanks for the pictures, always great to see a construction tour. Looks like there's loads more to do, but it'll look fantastic when done!

^That's certainly quite a large space for the 2017 ride, plus, that bridge looks much nicer than the Tom Sawyer one!

^Chessington are listed for a large investment along with Heide Park in 2017 though and without Merlin, we'd have been waiting a very long time for a thrilling coaster to be added at any park here in the UK. They are making investments, so i certainly don't think they're destroying anything.

Looks like construction is moving pretty fast now, shouldn't take too long to get the coaster done, even if it won't open until 2017.

I'd also put my bets on this being a coaster, looks like they're going for a long teaser campaign or an early announcement, which will be interesting to follow.
