Rocky Mountain Construction 2017?
Superbatboy replied to kickflipbacktail's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
He did say in the interview they're developing the trains and structure for the track. I doubt he's referring to Skywarp because I don't think RMC will be involved with the trains and structures much like the 4D free spins. -

I mean, regardless of whether this was spoken about in an interview or not The interview is on youtube, wasnt sure if I had permission to link it here so I refrained from doing so. -

Just saw an RMC interview from IAAPA and allegedly several parks are interested in the raptor track and we may be seeing one in the next year or so. They also stated the T-Rex will probably be further in the future. Can't wait to finally see one of these come to fruition, and cant help but wonder which parks are interested. -

Regardless if MS opens in '17 or '18 RMC will still have a 2017 project because they'll be working on it IN 2017 -
That may not be the case. There is no one from Arrow on the current senior management team roster listed here: http://www.engineeringexcitement.com/our-team/ I dug and found one name possibly still associated with the company. It is possible that some of these people stuck around, but not necessarily the case since S&S simply purchased the assets in bankruptcy. We know two of them are with Ride Centerline. I doubt at the end of the company's existence that they had an army of other engineers waiting to build something. Buying legacy parts from a company that bought assets from a company that bought assets from a company that bought assets isn't the same as buying a new ride from a manufacturer you sued into nonexistence. Was way behind on this thread, but just caught up and wanted to point out that this was a solid post. Also, no pictures of the 2017 ride construction area? Someone posted this today, so there is definitely work being done

Happy Valley Chengdu Expansion 2017

Yeah, indeed. Just hope they get treated properly. So even though manufactureres like B&M, GCI, Intamin etc; have certain specifications for maintenance, the parks in China still let them go to s**t?? -

Unless this will be like Joker where you leave the station pretty fast (an almost pseudo-launch), I don't see how those two mini-humps will be that fun. I personally enjoy the pre-lifts on TC and Joker, of course they're nothing compared to what comes after the lift-hill. -
So in other words: it's bad. I guess it all depends how well you know the highway system. I've always been able to commute from LA to the IE, OC, and SD with relative ease. There are always alternate routes. The 210, 60, 22, 57, 15, 105, 78, 71 etc have been my go to routes to navigate around So Cal. To each his own I guess. The fact that you have to use alternate routes in the first place implies that traffic must be terrible enough to encourage you to do so. Therefore, the traffic is bad. Never said it wasn't bad, just said its not *AS* bad if you know how to get around. I'm over it anyway, back to SFMM

Looks kind of maroon-ish in the sun, I think it'll look great on that massive (well maybe slightly less massive now) structure. -
