Just out of curiosity, I've heard about Carowinds and VF; what's #3? I believe that #3 is Canada's Wonderland. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

Yes, even though the park is a bit rundown, I still had a good time. Since Magic Waters is owned by the local park district, you would have to expect the place to be a bit run down. And even though there is a huge amount of expansion room behind the park (sorry I didn't take any photos), I doubt it would ever be used.

Hello fellow TPR Members. Today I visited a rather run down water park in Rockford, IL, known as Magic Waters (in case you didn't read the title of thread) The park is kinda small, but there's still enough to do to keep you occupied for a day. I only have one ride I wanna do a review for so let's get to that. Splash Blaster: 4.5/5. An old Water coaster, thing still packs a punch. It's pretty short, but don't let that fool you. This thing is packed with airtime and definitely a must ride. Now for some pretty pictures! (Just kidding. I took them with my phone ) I think we're here. Yep, we're definitely here. Unless this one of dreams which include Proslide stuff. Behold, for you have seen the entrance. Random mushroom thingy which is the first thing you see when you enter. I think I see some purty slides...oh and yeah an eatery themed to coconuts. Only $7 eh? Still a ripoff. Random mix mash up of water slides! For Rockfordians, this is probably an icon to them. Oh and dont forget that amazing water coaster right there. Some more water coaster goodness. Ooooo pretty Proslide complex. OMG pretty colors! Unfortunately the bright orange slide was closed. Dang... Another pic of the Rockford icon. The wave pool was also closed since they were fixing all the layers or somethimg I dunno. Here's that Double Dare Drop, new in 2012. These slides literally took my breath away. Like seriously I couldn't even breathe! Here's the lazy river and the water play structure. Sorry water play structure nerds I didnt take any more pictires of it :/ Mandatory splash pad thingy. Mandatory fake palm tress, and....... MORE MANDATORY FAKE PALM TREES!!!!! Lockers. Woo hoo. NEW UPDATE: 1999 This past year was a great year for opening shores. However, there were things citizens of Miami said that were not positive. Here are some of the complaints: Ocean Shores did the best they could to answer these complaints, and ended up having to add a whole new area, Wild West Town! Also, the Scrambler ride was moved to Wild West Town to make the entrance seem less cramped. A new sky ride was built to transport peeps from the entrance area to Wild West Town. And finally, a new walk through haunted house was built in Wild West Town. Now, onto the pictures! SCR202.BMP Here is the new entrance! SCR201.BMP A new eatery was put in Scrambler's old spot. It's called YOLOcoaster, not Fool Throttle. Soon they're gonna give it a makeover, call it YOLOSWAGCoaster, and advertise it as a new coaster. Maybe FoOl 7hr0ttl3 is the new name of the coaster. You know, to connect more with the newer generation.
