Just got back from the park. Trip Report to come soon. By the way, Kumba is my new number one coaster. Such a great ride. For anyone that night have been there today, I was wearing a Star Wars short with darth Vader and a stormtrooper riding a coaster and an Orioles hat.

Thanks everyone for all the advice. From what we've read, we're probably gonna ride Cheetah Hunt first, and do the rest of the park around the course. Any advice on where to sit on each coaster? Also, for anyone who's interested: Publix raised the price on BGT tickets to 75$.

Same here, I love Raptor, as it is my number one coaster (at least for now, I am going to BGT in a couple days). I never understood why people think that. However, I haven't ridden it since 2012, so I can possibly see it becoming rough. But what coasterbill said, shorter lines for me.

Since I'm visiting the park in a few days, any advice? Also, is their anywhere in the Tampa area where we could get coupons?

I have to say the new House of Heroes EP "Smoke" is pretty good. I'm amazed they're not well known, considering how awesome their work is.

I would like Six Flags to play this on their lift hills. It seems very fitting.

I got stung by a jellyfish on Wednesday. And man was it painful. It stung so bad that it burnt off the leg hairs where it stung. Now every time I see a jellyfish I shout violent things at it and hope it gets juiced into medicine.

Who said it's going to be a coaster, or an RMC for that matter. I honestly hope they do revamp Frontiertown, as that sounds like a really good thing to happen. I loved Frontier town, and if they could revamp it, I think that would be amazing. But let's find out what they're really doing when they actually announce it. Lol

I'm confused. First you say It's definitely coming, than you say it's almost definitely not ( well, you said not in 2015). Cedar Fair LOVES B&M so I can almost guarantee the next coaster installed at a CP will be B&M, but I probably wouldn't bet on it this year. I would guess 2017 or later for CP's next major coaster. I'm honestly hoping for a new flat ride, or a revamp of Frontier town, but we'll see what happens on the 2nd.

Agreed. I'm one of those few people who's happy Six Flags is actually commemorating the park's 40th season, and yet everyone is complaining because they didn't get a new coaster even though we just got Goliath. For the love of god we're probably going to get something exciting in 2016. As they say, patience is a virtue. It might be wise to practice it. Back on topic, this looks like a nice family addition to the Great Escape. Very nice indeed.

This looks like an awesome ride so I don't get why people are complaining. I guess it's just a matter of opinion at the end of the day. Anyway, anyone think Six Flags will start cloning these things left and right?
