  1. Yes. If I remember correctly it was a black shirt with a dive coaster front and center, with other coasters around it. This was long before the announcement of Valravn. There is a picture of it on this site some where... I could see the "Iron Horse" as a clue.
  2. Not that this takes place in a theme park, but it seems like a good fit for this thread. I hate when I am at a water park, just lounging in the lazy river, floating in my tube, minding my own business, trying to relax... and these little freaking kids think that they need to turn the lazy river into a freaking marathon. Hopping through the river, pushing you and your tube into the wall so they can "out run" the other kids. Do they no understand us old folks are simply trying to relax?? They need to go act a fool in the wave pool, and leave the lazy river to relaxing!! #EndRant
  3. While I may not get the strange turns, it sure does look amazing!! Love the colors they went with!! I wish more parks would install these!! They look like a lot of fun, and I am jealous of anyone who gets to ride this slide!!
  4. I found this post from Cedar Point on Facebook rather funny... I didn't know Valravn always had at least three inversions. That makes it sound like sometimes when you ride the coaster, there will randomly be 4, or 5 inversions. . . Also, "all at 75mph" makes it sound like the second and third inversions are taken at 75mph. . . which... Well, they aren't. Anyway, just me looking to far into a post. Obviously the GP will never know any different. Half of them think the coaster has a 5,000ft tall vertical drop, 1900 inversions, and is still going 2,000 mph when it hits the brake run.
  5. Agreed!! When I went to the park my expectations for Verbolten weren't really that "high" But wow, did that coaster deliver!! It quickly became one of my favorites in the park!! Can't wait to ride it again next season!!
  6. Macho Man. Cedar Point, or SFMM?
  7. Granted: But none of the Top Thrill Dragsters, MF, or Maverick's would ever run. I wish that Cedar Point would build a polar coaster.
  8. Yes. Have you been to a water park in the last week?
  9. After those photos this is the first time I have noticed that this coaster is not hydraulically launched. I'm curious to find out how the launch compares, force wise, to coasters like Top Thrill Dragster, and Kingda Ka.
  10. Everything about this post is just golden!!!
  11. By far one of the most beautifully themed coasters... ever. Thanks for all the great photos of it!
  12. I mean, it could be worse. . . We could be promoting the VIP Tours, which my partner and I do at the park every year!! But I learned quickly how much people complain and get hurt when I talk about those.
  13. Start at the back of the park IE: Maverick, and work your way forwards. Most people will start at the front with the first rides they come to, and then work their way back. If you do the opposite you'll save a lot of time not waiting in lines at the start of the day!!
  14. Until those 3 went out of business. Which caused Six Flags to start making their own coasters "in house." Sadly this caused a wide spread...
  15. No. Have you had pizza this week?
  16. ^ Looks good! Congrats on the purchase!
  17. Looking good!! I'd love to get my hands on a few CD sets!! Keep up the great work! Can't wait to see more!
