Great report! Love the wristband Flash Passes, that's a great idea. Busch Gardens always looks fantastic. -

What the f*ck? Sorry I even posted that clarification, I thought people would feel slightly better knowing that they only care about phones since so much of the conversation was centered around "I have prescription glasses / a wallet / an emotional support armadillo and I may die now if they're not allowed. Can I bring them in the queue?" We went to the park Saturday and Sunday. We had a great time. We followed the rules and doing so did not negatively impact our day in any way. When clearly stated things are meant literally and people ask what it really means... -

That's fantastic news, and honestly exactly what I expected. -
Sounds like they're saying that Sea World met their standards but they're still not selling tickets. That seems biased to me, like they did this audit of the 49 parks specifically to exclude SeaWorld, and when their own audit showed SeaWorld's one of the good ones, they just went according to their pre-conceived idea anyway.

Oh wow, didn't realize that. Very impressive. Can't imagine that's cheap, even with LEDs. -

Cedar Point has 72 rides. If you want to do every ride in one day (13 hours on weekdays right now), that gives you about 10 minutes per ride for getting to the ride, queueing, and riding it and that doesn't include time for bathroom or eating. So...yeah, gonna need Fast Lane Plus, and I'm not sure it can be done even with that. -

I still have nightmares where that spiel plays a prominent role. -

No. Tram is extra. -
That guy is not smoking the good stuff. "Worlds of Fun is kinda near the Mississippi, and you cross the Mississippi to get to it." It's over 200 miles from the Mississippi, and virtually no one who visits this place comes from the East. Their clientele are from MO, KS, NE, and IA. I don't know what the teaser is actually for, but that guy obviously does not understand Missouri. We'll be just fine without his opinion.

^ Oh yeah, don't think it's anything like Cedar Point. It's totally in the mountains AND on a peninsula. It's a few hundred feet above the lake, due to VERY steep bluffs that make for wonderful coaster locations. As for the Branson Fun Park, my son and I went by there yesterday afternoon, and one guy was on a cherry picker working on Windstorm, while parts of the other big coaster were on a truck. We ended up skipping it. Totally would have given them $40 if they had had those two running. Disappointing; Branson really does need some low cost, family friendly activities, and this really fit that niche.

My guess is 125 inversions and 6 free crab fries at the end. -
Awesome! Getting to see a team's big rival is always a treat. Hence why I made sure to see the Mets while I was in Philly (Jacob DeGrom kicked ass). AT&T may have the best view of any stadium, though PNC would rival it. I say that without having physically been to either...yet...but my Cardinals have played at both often enough I've seen those on TV quite a lot. Those signs are hilarious. All it takes to get the phrase "known to the State of California to cause cancer" on something is a bunch of people who know nothing about science voting on it. We ought to, you know, consult scientists, but the current state of the country, not gonna happen. Oh yeah, the park looked cool, too, I guess.
