They do have one coaster that's designed to run backwards.... It's confirmed, Stinger will be relocated here. They'll call it Also Invertigo. -

Eh, fonduing's more work than it's worth. You need a couple of Swedes to help, and it just gets messy. -

If you're only forking in the kitchen, I don't think it counts as whisking, but I love the turn this thread has made. -

Isn't that whisking? I have been known to whisk a time or two, if you know what I mean. -

I always stir things vertically when I cook. -
The lowest level membership person is paying about $30 more for what the 2018 grandfathered Gold season pass person pays. Memberships are largely a cleverly disguised big price increase. So, yes they have to make it seem worth paying more fro what you have been getting for a lot less with a gold pass, but won't anymore. The gold pass perks, discounts, etc,, have virtually all been moved to memberships, except free parking. Yeah, and I would be good with that, except that they keep using the "Gold Member Entrance" signs and the like, and I have a Gold membership and have been denied every time. If they want to say Gold Plus gets the perk and Gold just gets you in with parking, that's fine by me. But they keep promising things and then not delivering them. Again, I don't care if I haven't bought them. But I do have a problem when you tell me I bought them and then deny them to me. Just change the damn signs. That's all it would take.

Maybe the marketing is different because Carowinds and SDC use different marketing teams. Just a thought. -

Well, sounds like you're pretty hardy if stops in the middle of the night and an hour and a half walk don't scare you. I wouldn't recommend walking across the causeway, though; it's just wide enough for the four lanes of traffic and guard rails on both sides. There is no walkway because you're probably the first person in history to consider walking it, lol. Take the train, but catch an Uber to the park. -
What are you smoking? They have 25 at a time on each boat-train and can run at least 3 boat-trains. There may be more in there too, not sure how many. They also have a grouper permanently just to make sure it fills up. I mean, short of an Omnimover there aren't many dark rides with better capacity than that.

There's a 0% chance of that happening though. Oh well, I can dream. Of course. Antique cars are always fun and good for kids, I would love fpr someone to build a new one. Backwards Racer sounds likely too, something small to tide people over until the big coaster is built. As for B&M being involved in a 2020 project that begins this year...Giga, dive, or wing? The chance of it being anything else in their catalogue can be rounded to zero. -

I'm not super familiar with KI history. What rides were beloved but have been removed? Or maybe not even rides, a la Kings Dominion's singing mushrooms? -
It wouldn't be so bad to get a used ride from Arlington. The other relocations have gone over well, so they're getting good return for minimal investment. And it's not like anyone actually goes to both Six Flags St. Louis and Six Flags over Texas. And before you say "enthusiasts do," no one bases any financial decisions on enthusiasts, least of all a profitable company like Six Flags.

I think building the lower priced ones is a smart move for the moment. These hotels are designed to draw in those people who were previously staying offsite. They're not super cheap either; the Kids Suite is comparable to what we stayed in at Dollywood's DreamMore, for a comparable price. Maybe the Endless Summer resort will be different, since they're pricing that more in line with Comfort Inn, but I don't see anything wrong with building hotels that are merely upscale and not luxury.

Looks like fun! The second dive seems to be later in the layout for more fun loopiness in the first half. -

If they build an even bigger tower in that shape, it will make Dragster embarrassed about its tower size. Why does Cedar Fair not have a park in Mexico?
