After hearing the reviews, I hope this ride does not end up aging poorly, it sounds like it is a well-balanced out ride. I'm now looking forward to this ride come August.

LOL, Pete. I wish I could be wise to customers and get a raise... Anyways, a new thing that I hate would have to be people not reading signs. 1. There is a section of a major road in my town that has recently had its speed limit reduced to 30 MPH (before it was 45 MPH). Yet, I still see people going 45 or 50 in that area, despite a BUNCH of flourescent colored signs and flags saying SPEED LIMIT 30. 2. Every customer at Panera is illiterate- seriously. Every day I hear "Where are the soups?" and they can't be bothered to look up and see large, bold-faced text saying "SOUPS" and when they return pagers to the basket, they don't read the large yellow sign that says "PLEASE RETURN PAGERS HERE."

I've ridden only a few Shoot-the-Chutes. I'll talk about two... Tanganyika Tidal Wave - Busch Gardens Tamprica Aside from the weird name, this ride is a nice little shoot the chutes ride. Interesting thing about this ride though, half of the ride is spent navigating through a river that goes through jungles, caves, and african villages before the lift hill. Although the theming is old, the river portion was once used for the defunct "African Queen Boat Ride", which was Busch's cheap attempt at Jungle Cruise. The only differences between Tidal Wave and African Queen are obviously: 1. The boats- instead of the covered boats, the ride uses Intamin boats. 2. The lift and drop- no giant 50 foot drop. As for the soak factor, Tidal Wave has always soaked me whenever I stand on the bridge. As for on the boat, not that much. Jurassic Park- Islands of Adventure Good theming, one huge queue, but not much of a splash unfortunately. Also, don't forget the B&M-in-a-box!

This rumor always surfaces once in a while. The last time I heard it make a profound impact was back in 2002 when Disney released the box-office bomb Reign of Fire, which was a movie about dragons. If the movie were successful at box offices, Beastly Kingdom would have sort of come back. But then again, a rumors a rumor. And its always interesting once in a while to look back at one of the more mysterious rumors.

I can imagine the trailer. "... A gem of power..." "Four people, four different lives, one goal..." *epic fighting scenes over who gets player controlled* "This summer, be in control. THE SIMS MOVIE!"

Jurassic Park, its alright, the shining moment was when the fat guy from Seinfeld (Nedry) gets spat on by a dinosaur and dies. BEST DEATH EVAR! And screw Jaws, the greatest shark movie has to be:

After messing around in the BIOS, my computer is fixed for the time being, did another virus, adware, and malicious tool scan. Nothing found, guess I am safe for now... ...I hope this comp doesn't crap out on me again.

Man, this sucks, I think my computer has bit the big one. Dusted it and it is dust free now. The green light is still on in the power supply, may be indicating it is still good? The computer only stays on for less than five seconds before shutting itself down. Other suggestions I hear of: some kinda worm infected my computer, I need a new fan. Ugh, I miss my computer, haven't been able to use it since last week and posting from the Nintendo Wii is a challenge in itself.

Never experienced one myself. However, I have heard stories of people being stranded on rides during that huge blackout back in 2003. I heard people walking down a majority of S:ROS' lift at SFDL because of that blackout.

Will, I dusted the computer a few weeks ago. It helped run the computer for like, a week. Cracked it open yesterday, it is relatively dust free. I seriously think it is the power supply though.

BUMP My computer is doing the same thing again. It keeps shutting itself down at random times. I reinstalled power management and it worked for a while, but now it is back to square one. I think it is something to do with the power supply. Still not sure though, Help?

Aside from all the ghettoness from Beech Bend, at least Rumbler looks nice. Also, nice T-shirt, at least I get the reference.

Giavinola is going back into the coaster business and is designing a new ride for Michigan's Adventure.

^Did you even read the post? I assume it must be from the G-forces on the first drop. I'm not entirely sure on how to prevent it other than say don't ride it.

I've been to Busch Gardens Euroburg before, but I barely remember that visit (I was 9 at the time). So, I can't really debate myself over what is better. However, Busch Gardens Tamprica is my homepark, and there is a lot to do in the park [unless you're a flat ride fanatic, in that case you're screwed]. Some of the theming is decent and we have an awesome selection of coasters. Robb's opinions are right on the money too. And if you go on a weekday, you could easily whore out Tamprica in a matter of 3 hours. I really need to head back up to Euroburg soon. But as for now, I think Busch Gardens Tamprica is better.

The salad station at Panera. Its poorly built and it collapsed last night, causing a huge mess in the middle of dinner rush. One of these days we'll get new appliances... one of these days...
