Jungle Storm at "Chakazoolu" Indoor Theme Park has the strangest, but one of the most compact layouts ever.

I was pleasantly surprised by haunt last night. I went there with a couple friends, and ended up going through only 4 of the houses. Those included Cornstalkers, Lore of the Vampire, Master McCarthy's Doll Factory, and Zombie High. I loved each and every one of them. Something separated each of them apart. Plus they had magnificent attention to details. Zombie High ended up being my #1. It had an intense, pulsing and loud atmosphere that added a fantastic "creep" effect. Also, corner after corner would be a new room- like a classroom, a nurses office, and the cafeteria. Overall it was a wonderful addition to haunt. Cornstalkers and Lore of the Vampire were tied for second. Cornstalkers was longer and claustrophobic in some spots, whereas Lore was more classic, old school scares. Lore was actually closely resembled to the downtown KC haunted house Edge of Hell. But what made it so scary was this somewhat cheep scare I guess you could say, located in the Club Blood section that gave me a mini-heart attack. I'm not gonna spoil it, haha. I'm heading back this Friday to go through more houses. Saturday was beyond busy, and exceptional for the park.

Almere - wow. I am utterly blown away by that. I can't explain how amazed I am. I'm a little bummed that it is your last park, but we all move on to bigger things in life. CPM - I'll think about joining. Sounds like fun! Been awhile since I've posted something.

I'm having high hopes for something big in 2014. I'm a little bummed with Dinosaurs Alive, but I am prepped for a nice Oceans of Fun addition! I'm just going to miss Diamond Head. Still some of the best slides out there..

I like the addition! Even though it might not be the best, it's the perfect fit for Santa Cruz.

This park doesn't need another coaster. This is, what, the fifth in three years? They can stick with the amount they have. Now they are just trying to be the best.

^ I like where that's heading. First things first - you need to replace those supports with BigBurger's Timber urgently. The ingame ones aren't realistic, and definitely are not that appealing.

On Mamba you get a good view of downtown KC, but on Patriot it's meh. The parking lot is right in front of you - pretty breathtaking.

Holy moly.. all of those layouts are lovely! They each have their own thing that separates them from the other ones. Can't wait to see more!

I hate the GP. Them and their annoying comments. Nonetheless, I'm excited for next year.

In the summer they can get lengthy. I was there on a sunday a few days ago and the lines weren't bad, but it was still pretty busy. Mondays aren't as awful. And with this crazy heat it should make them even less busy.

Nasty Chad

It makes me angry that its duration is only 1 1/2 minutes. Its speed, airtime, and inversions better make up for it.

Well I was at Oceans of Fun today, and I think the rumors about Diamond Head are correct. Right below the loading area, around the rocks and such, there was one pink flag. I don't know if they only meant to put up 1, or they'll start adding more in the future, but there was one single flag underneath the platform. I really don't want these slides to leave. They're the best water slides out there.
