Silver Bullet - Update Two: Entrance Area Stuff Alright, over these last couple days I've been working on Silver Bullet's entrance area. Since the theme is kind of western, I made a slight western couture to it. Nothing over the top, but that "theme parky" feel. Welcome to Silver Bullet! The station. Nothing tremendously over done, but simple and to the point. And a little building across the midway from SB. It serves delicate treats such as cookies, smoothies, muffins, etc. Gotta love a hyper! Yummy.

And this is where I bring this up again. Another African-themed ride? Haha.

An exciting capital plan? General Banks? Next year has a wider demo than kids rides? Interesting. And note that he says "projects" for next year, not just "project".

Again, nice photos Griffin! Hollywood Studios definitely seems to be one of the best Walt Disney World resorts.

I feel somewhat bad for him. He used to have this great amusement park that was popular and booming in Tulsa, and now he's been pushed into the dirt with three or four rides.

It's because his files are rar files. You have to get a file extracter to open it. I suggest WinZip to extract them. Hope that helps.

Just my two cents in this, I keep having this weird sensation that WoF is doing something like SkyRush. I looked at some of the land next to Octopus and Finnish Fling and realized that a lot of it was in the very basic shape of SkyRush's layout. Of course, I'm not a whiz or anything, but I just drew up this. Yeah. Oh my goodness, I'm getting overhyped. I'm sorry.

It's Prowler's Baby Brother! Seriously, that layout is sexy. Looks like it has loads of airtime and twistyness. Can't wait for construction to begin!

Not to mention it has been three years since the park has gotten anything coaster-wise. That's kind of a long spread for the park. It'll be four years if they don't get anything next year. EDIT: That's odd. On All-American Thrills I guess there is this rumor going around that Cedar Fair has ordered 7-8 coasters for next year. Hmm.

Insert Epic Name - Update 1 Hey guys! I'm back with a new coaster finally. This is an intensifying B&M Hyper I've been working on for a few months off and on. Featuring steep drops, pleasure-filled airtime, and death-defying heights, you'll definitely want to take a spin on this. It is inspired by some of the newest B&Ms out there, like Leviathan and Shambala. There's not much more to say, so enjoy these pictures! Oh, I'm also searching for names, feel free to submit your ideas. -Sam

I love Timber Wolf too. It's the only real "classic" at the park still. That's what I was assuming. The land belongs to them, saying the employee parking lot is located directly behind it (give or take). They have a hand full of good acreage back there too. EDIT: Am I the only one that remembers that Dive Machine rumor floating around from a couple years back? Hmm.. Could that be the next addition?

/\ They haven't even confirmed anything yet, so there goes that question. Our main suggestions currently are Orient Express's land, the land behind Thunderhawk, or behind Finnish Fling.

I was thinking of a Mega-Lite too, but Cedar Fair hasn't opened one yet. A sitdown would be farfetched saying that they already have Patriot as the B&M of the park. What I'm figuring is nothing over 160 feet. Above that is risky for Worlds of Fun I would think. Btw, KC Engineer, I live in Overland Park too. Haha.

I was at the park yesterday, still no sign of construction of any sorts. I kept my eyes pealed on that plot of land in the front where Orient Express used to stand. That seems to be the best spot for construction. I've also noticed that the stall next to Thunderhawk, called Lumberjack *something*, hasn't been open at all this year. Maybe they're planning on removing it for a future attraction? I always thought the land behind Thunderhawk would be a clever spot for a coaster or ride, to get that area up and lively. Come on WoF, what are you gonna do for your 40th year of operation?

The use of CTRS' Birdhouse is overdosed, but everything else looks spectacular. Just change some of the architecture, too much of the Birdhouse set is poignant and appears to be somewhat ugly. Nice start, Tom!

Whether it's a B&M, Morgan, Arrow, whatever, what is your favorite hyper? Why?

Finally I have found inspiration. Took a good month to create something I actually liked, but tada! My newest park, and also one of my favorites so far, Pegasus Park. By the way, I get out of school tomorrow so I'll start messing with this more often. And yeah, that shot is kind of "bland" but don't worry, that'll change soon.

Answer: No. Lag is something you can't get rid of.

/\ I noticed it was gone yesterday too. Maybe they're just getting a new one, that sticker might have gotten dirty or something. Also, I noticed Cosmic Coaster was open yesterday. The park was packed. The line for each coaster ranged from about 5 to 45 minutes. Boomerang was almost empty, but Mamba's line was a drag. Plus one train operations aren't boosting.

I created this layout in about an hour yesterday night. Time to work on supports!

Me likey! Something like Baldknobber or Renegade would be fun too, but nice choice for them.

Nice trip report, Chad! You and Joey seemed to have a bunch of fun riding it the new version. Though I never rode it when I visited SFOT, I do see that I need to now!
