  1. I think they are talking at track arrival, or maybe an announcement date?
  2. ^ that's unfortunate to hear considering how successful and well-received Luminosity at CP was. Hopefully some off-season changes are made so it will be a better show. Having not seen it, I can't form any opinions about the show.
  3. I know TPR greatly contributes and supports to TPS (to which I respect), but honestly, No Limits 2 seems to be more suitable for me. Studio looks great and all, but I just think NL2 looks absolutely fantastic. I am anxiously awaiting the release!
  4. Taken from a trip to South Dakota last year. Some layered rock formations in the background. To me, this one appears like a painting. Anyone else think so? Required photo op
  5. Still hoping for the Intamin Giga. Chances are slim, but I'll remain optimistic about it!
  6. How about an entire game taking place at a theme park? I put in so many hours playing this game. The Haunted Mansion track was the best!
  7. Cedar Fair has had a history of throwing us for a loop. I'm really anxious for the announcement, which should occur late July to Mid-August
  8. Twinkie Mania is going on at Holiday World today to celebrate the return of the Twinkie! While I'm not at the park today, I heard on the radio that there will be fried twinkies and eating contests in the park. Sounds like fun for Twinkie lovers
  9. And yet nobody's posting comments... Interesting project. Hopefully your park looks as good as the parking lot
  10. ^ I can verify that Pilgrims Plunge had no theming to begin with. Kind of disappointing considering some faux rock work with a small waterfall (I.e. Shoot the Crapids at CP) would've been better than just grass. Oh well, the new sign looks good in person.
  11. This times 10000. This is the hidden gem of the park, with Blue Streak falling right behind.
  12. ^ No, the Voyage never had (and still doesn't have) headrests, nor do the Legend or the Raven. They must've been added when Darien Lake bought them from HW.
  13. Evansville (pop. apporx. 100,000) is the closest medium-sized city from Holiday World.
  14. Here's the logo: And here's the tease: Not the same, but somewhat similar. Personally I prefer Graeter's anyways so it would be a win in my book!
  15. ^ Until now, I've never seen Predator's "new" trains that ran on the Voyage. Very interesting that they added a headrest.
  16. It's officially part of the water park. There is a new entrance to Splashin Safari right where Girrafica is located. Technically you can wear shorts and a shirt on most (if not, all) of their water slides. Well, the Wildebeest and Mammoth are pretty thrilling in theirselves. Don't get me wrong as I would love a body slide of some sort, but I just doubt it will happen. Again, I really have no idea what HW has in store for 2014/15.
  17. ^ Thanks. I was kind of an accident that turned out pretty well. On this one, I didn't do anything to it except take it. It turned out a bit too orange, but I still love it. (Taken on a vacation in Saint Maarten)
  18. ^ Front row is reasonable for me. Just to warn you, the ride is really boring so don't fall asleep
  19. ^ Plus, I never really recalled you guys being extremely competitive with KK when Six Flags had it. I could be wrong, but from my personal knowledge, almost everyone I know from around southern Indiana visited HW over KK (me included ). Also, I recall you hitting the million mark for attendance a few years ago, correct?
  20. 8/10 Interesting, but keep it English please
  21. KI's Twitter is having too much fun toying with us...
  22. 9/10 A Shakespearean approach to a motto us coaster enthusiasts should live by.
  23. Disaster Transport Wildcat (CP) Big Bad Wolf Gwazi (I'm going with impending doom on this choice) Wilde Maus (Old location at BGW) Python (BGT) Scooby Doo Fright Flight (Not really sure if that's the real name, but something like that; KI) Son of Beast
  24. After hearing all of this garbage about Mach Tower, I'm only wondering if we see the same situation Dollywood had with TT. While I have not yet ridden it (haven't visited BGW in 7 years), I don't really have the urge to ride it and wouldn't care if it was removed. How about a Falcon Fury clone in place?
